Over charged for a day procedure and refused to accommodate with payment arrangements. Handed me over to attorneys even though I had been paying. Would never use or refer anyone to use. Clearly only care about making money.

New Era Health is one of the best hospitals in Cape Town. My experience from start to finish was excellent. My gastroenterologist Dr Badenhorst was excellent. New Era Health is only 2 years old so everything is new. The hospital is super-clean and the team of nurses and assistants were so caring and helpful. Everything was explained to me in detail. Thank you to everyone at New Earth Health Hospital!

This Day Clinic is on a level of its own… from the time we entered the Parking Lot, the Receptionist, The Nurses, The Anaesthetist and all the Assistants were highly professional and super friendly. This kind of service is world class. Well done to all. Highly recommend this place. 10/10

This is the first time in a long time I can give Exceptional service for a wonderful experienced… The sisters we brilliant and friendly with empathy and compassion… they truly enjoyed being at work and caring for all the patients in the hospital… I’ve been to many hospitals for surgery but this is the best. All hospitals should be run like this in South Africa… we’ll done to the management team. it’s a pitty it’s not a full 24 hour hospital

This hospital is a breath of fresh air. Friendly doctors and staff, great service and we always feel welcome when we go there. We've been to the radiology department a handful of times and honestly they are the best in Cape Town. The radiologist, Dr Raeesa is one of the kindest people and the staff are so professional!
