Single best investment for our family ever made. Bradley, our service technician was prompt, professional and friendly and had a repoir as he had been to my home before. He asked questions, and in turn gave me the opportunity to ask questions before departing. 100% a satisfied customer. My salesman never mentioned a service contract. I have made several phone calls, but today I filled out the request online, so I will see what happens. My unit was installed, and I thought it was in working order, but a month later, I found out it had not been operating. When I mentioned it to the company, their reply was, I am happy that the staff found it wasn't working. I replied, I am glad there was no hurricane this year.
