Hello everyone, I recently had my first deep tissue massage at The Massage Company. I was very impressed with my masseuse, Esam. She skillfully addressed all the areas that needed attention. I had been experiencing numbness in my back and right leg, as well as general body tension, and I am pleased to report that I left feeling free from pain and numbness, all thanks to Esam. š«¶

Had a great massage and I love that with the membership I can split the 50 mins in half so I can come twice a month. Definitely try out different therapists to see which one you prefer.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Massage Company today. I was really warmly received and greeted by Chantelle, who was attentive, funny and lovely. The staff are always so nice and polite and very accommodating at the reception however āmyā masseuses Danny, is simply a delight. He really pays attention to what your concerns are and always has lovely chat at the beginning of the massage and then allows you to relax. I always book with him purely for that. I always leave the session feeling completely renewed and this is thanks to Danny. He is extremely professional and so dedicated to his work. Thank you Danny!!
The facilities are very nice and clean and love the fact that I always get offered a drink of water before and after my massages.

A healing ritual
I was gifted a massage and I honestly feel like this gift came at the right time and in the form of an exceptional massage therapist named Jakub. To sum up my experience, I would describe him as calm, professional, and deeply intuitive. You can sense that he works not just with the body, but with spirit and intention.
Every movement felt purposeful, almost meditative, as if he was helping my energy realign. In those 50 minutes, I could feel years of tension, emotion, and just the weight of life slowly being replaced by a deep sense of peace I havenāt felt in years. In those 50 minutes, I was able to just ālet goā.
Jakubās energy is gentle yet powerful. You can tell he loves what he does-helping individuals like me release, relax, and reconnect with themselves. I have had several deep tissue massages over the years and hands down, this has been the best by a mile because this was not just any massage but a healing ritual. Thank you Jakub for holding space for me in a way that felt sacred. I feel extremely privileged that I was able to experience your gift!

Siobhan was a great masseuse however the centre let itself down by being hyper commercialised (tried to charge for oils as an extra, without explaining this was an additional charge till the end). A few other customers experienced the same style behaviour. Generally friendly staff but the male manager had a passive aggressive tone which we witnessed to multiple customers on that day whilst waiting for our appointment, which wasnāt conducive to a calm environment. Doors opening and closing and thin walls.
Response update:
No communication was made to my partner during or before his massage, that a type of oil would come with a charge. Neither of us had signed up to this additional āoilā extra. We had pre-booked the extras we required as per a conversation with the other customer service assistance. The response given by the company is not true and why my partner kindly explained why it would not be fair to pay for this hidden charge.
Secondly, ahead of payment, my partner asked whether we had been signed up to a subscription. This was prompted by an attempt to charge for the earlier extra without notice and we wanted to ensure no further charges would be made without authorisation.
Lastly, we did have an online voucher - introductory offer of Ā£49.95 each, not Ā£39.95 so weāve potentially been overcharged.

Through a friendās recommendation, I visited this massage company for a troublesome rear shoulder injury. The staff member took the time to really listen to my concerns and focused on the affected area with just the right amount of pressure. I was very impressed and left feeling much less tense. Iāll definitely be coming back again!

Very similar to other reviews: excellent massage but didn't appreciate the hard sell and the manipulative sales tactics to try and get me to sign up as a member. I left feeling quite stressed and won't return.

I honestly canāt say enough good things about this place! Iāve had massages all over ā even tried the famous Moroccan ones ā but nothing, and I mean nothing, compares to the full body massage I had here. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, clean, and professional.
My therapist, Aurea, was absolutely incredible. She has magic hands ā itās like she knew exactly where every knot and bit of tension was hiding. The pressure was perfect, the flow was seamless, and she really took her time to make sure every area was cared for. By the time she was done, my whole body felt so light, like I was floating. Itās honestly the best massage Iāve ever had in my life.
If youāre looking for real relaxation, deep relief, and a therapist who genuinely knows what sheās doing, this is the place to go. I walked out feeling completely renewed. Huge thanks to Aurea for doing wonders ā Iām definitely coming back soon!
