I honestly didn't think things would go as smoothly as they did. I would 100% use Canitcash again and recommend it. They gave me a quote and sent me a shipping label and once they got it and inspected it, in less than a day, I received the quoted amount.

I sold my Meta Quest 2 VR Headset so I can upgrade to the Quest 3. The process was straightforward. The cover is shipping via pre-paid UPS label. Got an email Saturday saying "they have received my order". Monday, the process my order and sent my payment via Cash App. I would totally use them again.

Legit site, even has free shipping which is awesome. They will try to low ball you though! Sent in a projector that was in very good shape, with very little usage, with the retail box and everything. It did have some minor scratches on the glossy coating. (which is nearly impossible to not scratch, glossy coatings suck). They at first wanted to take off over $200 for the scratches! I told them that was very harsh. They allowed negotiating and I got them to reduce it to just $100 off. I felt this was a fair enough deal. I know I could have gotten way more money on eBay, but I didn't feel like dealing with eBay. I have no issue recommending this site, just keep in mind they are very nitpicky and expect your item to be in perfect shape if you want the original quote!

Thanks for the review and recommendation! We do our best to grade items accurately — in this case the projector was marked as flawless but had some noticeable scratches, which is why the initial offer was adjusted. That said, we’re glad we were able to work with you to find a fair solution, and we appreciate you sharing your experience!

Definitely feels like a scam right now they claimed my package was received open and that I need to file a claim not they won’t respond back to ups about the claim so I’m out out of any money

We acknowledge the receipt of your message regarding the CPU shipment. The bubble mailer was received opened and empty, with the top physically cut off rather than torn during transit. We documented this immediately with photographs and shared them with you. We want to reassure you that we take this matter seriously and are committed to resolving it. The CPU in question is not a high-value item, and our company would never compromise its reputation over such a matter. The suggestion of a scam is not accurate or fair, given the circumstances. Regarding the UPS claim, as mentioned in our FAQ and terms of service, items must be mailed in a box with a certification stamp to qualify for insurance. Unfortunately, since the CPU was shipped in a bubble mailer, it does not meet these criteria, and we cannot file a claim. We are actively investigating the situation and appreciate your understanding and patience. Please allow us the necessary time to conclude our investigation and find a satisfactory resolution.

Seller BEWARE! DON'T sell anything to them. They will NOT give you the quote they say they would. Instead they will pick on your laptop and try to find something other than what they list on their website so they can reduce your total amount. My screen was very clean and when I shipped it to them and now they said it was dirty, so they had to reduce the price because it was not clean. I have pictures of it when it left. Also had my Technician check it before it left. Installed new windows10 upgraded memory. I had 3 people looked at it and all gave it a 9 out of 10 rating. Rubber feet were worn but that should not have reduce the price. I would never send them another Item again. You will find out if you do. You were warned!

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy about our revised offer. Please note we do ask all customers to be as accurate as possible when filling out their initial quote. We have a very detailed "laptop condition and functionality checklist" that helps you narrow down all options so you may receive the most accurate quote as possible so there are no surprises once we receive your device.

We do ask that all customers clean their devices before shipment, as we do not want to risk damaging your device before an agreement is made. Screens are very delicate components. Orders are not final until every customer approves their offer. Every customer is able to decline a revised offer, but please understand all items do undergo testing once once received.

As we're not sure what your order number is, we'd love it if you would send us an email directly so we can figure out what happened during this order. We thank you for your feedback, and will always work towards improving our system.

Sold them PSVR2 and a oculus sent them in the same box but somehow the psvr got damaged and they went from giving me 375 for it to giving me 100 i feel like this place scams u out of your electronics and then tries to tell u it was broke like you didnt just have it on top of that they took 5 days to inspect it im pretty sure i got scammed but i guess its lesson learned.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear you had a less than ideal experience with our company. As mentioned to you during our correspondence with this order; this device was received with no headphones, a bent eye guard shield, plastics separating from the device, and was in a box that was way too small without any protective material. We had provided you with all of the pictures of how the device was received and notified you immediately, at which point you stated you were going to do a review on UPS. I am sorry that you felt that you needed to leave a negative review for our company as well, but in our defense the issues with this order were not in fact our responsibility. We notified you of the damage, sent images of how the device was received, informed you about the small box without packaging materials, and made you a fair offer on the device after it was received broken. At any point we would have been more than happy to return this to you immediately, but instead you had requested images, which were provided, informed us you would be contacting UPS, and requested that payment be sent. It would be greatly appreciated if you remove this review, as this was not the fault of our company. We do still apologize for the bad experience. I will provide images of how the device was received here (https://imgur.com/a/qid4sMM). It would be suggested that in the future when shipping items you package them more carefully.

Clearly a bait and switch. I was told one amount than after receiving the item, was told the website needed updating. Almost a 200 dollar difference. Do your self a favor and stay away if you want to get what is promised. My device-flawless.

The original estimate was wrong. It was an initial max offer of 755 but then got reduced to 600 after they received it. The main benefit of trade in companies is quick money for something you need sold. They are quick on the payments, but might not have a offer price accurately listed.
