The best groomer I ever took my dog to. I have a doodle with an interesting coat type and Lexi did an incredible job every time. She made him look his best and I dearly miss going here! I’ve taken my dog to so many different places and this is by far the most reliable as well as reasonably priced. I haven’t found a groomer that can do what Lexi could since I moved.

Took our dog here once for a groom a few years ago. We still joke about how bad it was. Avoid this place.

We have been bringing our two dogs here for almost two years now. Beau and Bella had seen a few stylist. We really like AJ. She does a really good job. I would recommend this place:)

This is the second time I've taken my Princess Freya here.
Melanie was the first groomer, and she was very patient and loving with Freya (a 5-month-old Golden Aussiedoodle), who was very nervous about her first grooming. This second time, she was with her brother, Simja (a 3-year-old poodle).
Both Freya and Simja came out very happy and with beautiful, refreshing cuts for the summer.
I recommend this place 100%; it's clean, the staff is very friendly, dedicated, loving with pets, and attentive to dog parents.

I’ve been taking my corgi to Canine Cloud Nine for almost a year and Britney always does amazing with his groom! I think he has had a couple different groomers there, but Britney is our favorite, so we always try to book with her! She gives him the perfect corgi booty and sends updates while he’s there.
We know our guy can be sassy so we really appreciate finding a groomer that does so well with him and gives him the perfect groom every time!
We have recommended Canine Cloud Nine to others in our neighbor group!

This place is absolutely awesome and I am super happy with Fendi's (my teacup Morkie) grooming! My groomer was Cassie and she was super sweet and kind and kept me apprised of how Fendi was doing throughout the entire visit! The facilities are clean and they did a great job with Fendi! I called on Tuesday and I was able to get in on Wednesday - which is great because many grooming places are booked far out! A huge thank you to Cassie and the front desk team for their service!
I will definitely be taking Fendi back here!

I have taken my Bernadoodle, Gracie, there three times. The first time things went well as it was a puppy trim and bath. Our dog Gracie looked really good and seemed to do OK. The second time we took her there, it took over five hours to get Gracie back. I think they overbooked, but I don’t know for sure. I wasn’t happy but no one there seemed too concerned about the timeframe. After some thought I decided I would give it one more shot and took Gracie again to be groomed. Because some things were overlooked with the second grooming, which I didn’t mention due to the length of time Gracie had been there, I specifically called and asked the receptionist to make sure certain things were done this time when we dropped off Gracie. It took a little over three hours, and when we got Gracie, a couple of things were not done and we called it to their attention. The groomer was a trainee and didn’t grind the nails as requested and didn’t cut the dewclaws. Upon leaving, I did ask the groomer, and she quickly did the dewclaws while another groomer held Gracie, and then when I mentioned if the nails have been grinded, she said she still needed to do that and wanted to take Gracie back to do them free of charge, but I told her Gracie had already been there three hours and we needed to leave. I think they try to accommodate, but it just doesn’t seem that there is good communication. Also, we asked for a specific groomer, and we ended up with a trainee, which I understand has to occur from time to time. I just wish they had told me in advance that Gracie was getting a trainee and we probably would not have agreed. Anyway I have decided to change groomers because of our last two experiences.

We are sorry that happened. Puppies take time to adjust which is why we ask for a longer period of time and work on the puppy's schedule if they need breaks etc... Dogs are also unpredictable so grooming services don't last the same amount of time each time, it can vary. If we missed the request for a specific groomer, we apologize, but there would have been a note on her file to that affect. Please always mention an issue at the time so we can correct it, not days or weeks later. We enjoyed Gracie and sorry to see her go, but we are here for another shot if you would like to reach out.
They way overbooked which is what I was told when I called to check up on my puppy since it was well over 4 hours. He was not fully groomed nor cut. However I was still charged full price. Not a fan!

Hi Katie - if you are referring to Ted, the last groom was about a month ago, so if there was an issue it would have been better to bring it up at the time. However, It looks like we did only a partial cut, as requested as that is what was done the time before, and that was not the full cost of a full cut. We also let you know right at the 4 hour mark (which is what we request for all appointments) that Ted was done. I apologize for the miscommunication so if there is something we can fix, we would appreciate the opportunity. Thank you and we appreciate you being with us for almost a year and hope you will reconsider!
