We were introduced to C & P Panelcraft via our insurance company LV. They picked up our car (due to accident we could not drive it) and considering the repair was going to be throughout Christmas and holiday times, they kept in touch with us regularly, informing us of the progress to fix the damage. My experience with C&P Panelcraft has been nothing but excellent from start to finish. The ladies on reception are so polite, especially Marie who I had regular contact with. There was initial confusion with my insurance company and Marie explained everything clearly to me. She even went out of her way to enquire about additional information I was confused about regarding my insurance company and then called me back to put my mind at ease. Josè was also super polite and very informative every time I spoke to him over the phone. My car has come back repaired to an impeccable standard and it’s been immaculately cleaned. Thank you for returning my car back to me John (another polite staff member). An amazing car repair company that I will most definitely use again in the future through choice, should I ever need to and a company that I will have no doubt recommending to all my friends and family.

C & P occupy quite an unusual workshop in New Addinton... unusual in that, every day they move ALL the cars they're working on out to the front of the building then, at the end of the day, move them all back into a very secure area in the rear. What's unusual about that? Well there's probably 80ish cars involved in this military-style manoeuvre. Every day! It all seems to be part of their process - and it must be working because they're very very busy.
My experience was excellent start to finish.
Not only was the repair absolutely perfect... but their customer services team did a great job - calling when they say they would.. and doing their utmost to keep you up-to-date with progress (Marie on reception deserves a mention).
Any downsides? Well, my vehicle was covered by insurance so the dent in my wallet isn't toooo painful... but the actual cost to my insurer was eye-watering. No doubt this is a sign of the times more than C&P in particular... but it was still a shock. Overall 10/10

C & P have just returned our car after repairing the badly damaged front end of our Kia Niro. The repair is visibly perfect, identical color match, all the lights and sensors work, and because C & P are also Kia authorised repairers, our warranty is intact. The work was started on time, and completed before the estimated end date. Their communication is excellent and we are seriously impressed with them and the quality of their work. Cannot recommend them more highly.
