Hugely impressed with the team at C&P. The quality of the repair was outstanding and the communication from start to finish was excellent. My car has been returned looking as though it's fresh off the production line! Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Took care of all necessary issues and I was able to drop off our hire car to them so making my life simpler.

Both my wife and I would like to say how well the whole process has been managed. Right from the beginning everything has been faultless. All the staff have been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and have been a pleasure to deal with. We have been kept informed at every stage about how the job was going;  and, most importantly, the repair is perfect! C&P have done a superb partial respray of my BMW, technically flawless and supported throughout with friendly and considerate advice. Would recommend them to anyone.

With apologies to M&S, this is not just any bodyshop: this is C&P Panelcraft. After the trauma of my parked car having been hit by an ambulance on a blue light whilst I was abroad (!), they took care of the pick-up and drop-off, and kept me fully apprised of what needed to be done, which turned out to be a lot more than first met the eye. Superb quality work, and a friendly and capable double-act on reception from Maggie and Marie.

I tend to only provide reviews when I receive really good service and this is one of those instances. I had relatively minor damage which still necessitated replacement of rear bumper to my car. Car was booked in within a week, received updates and was ready on day stated at the outset. It's incredibly frustrating when your vehicle is damaged but C&P Panelcraft made the process as painless as possible. The team were fantastic from first contact with the reception staff, going over the damage with their assessor and to final delivery. Having now retired and been driving since I was 17, I've had to to use a few different bodyshops over the years. None comes even close to C&P Panelcraft for their attention and professionalism. While I hope I do not need the services of a bodyshop in the future, if I do, I'd be very happy to use C&P Panelcraft again.

I don’t usually do these reviews but C&P Panelcraft deserve it for the excellent service they provide. Maggie and Marie on reception are first class. Friendly, helpful and explain everything clearly. I was unable to take the car in on the day as I was unwell and they arranged for it to be collected to keep the booking. The driver who collected the car was very professional. The work completed is fantastic, a new wing was required and it looks as good as new. Extremely pleased with the work and service provided and would highly recommend. Thanks again. Mike Cook

If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in a collision then in my opinion there is no better repair shop to be dealing with. The staff are polite and welcoming, the repair top class with regular updates during the time the vehicle is with them. And the car came back cleaner than when it went in. Thanks to all involved.
