Best auto parts store I've come across in years!!!!! I'm from Tennessee and my battery went down in the truck a few blocks away from this store luckily GPS showed this napa as walking distance so we set off on foot and the customer service was amazing the man had the right battery in stock and not only sold it to us he made sure we got back to our vehicle and stayed till he knew we was back on the road going again this store and the person running the counter was amazing thankful Google maps sent us here

Good customer service, but was hoping to get a part that was in stock and they didn't have it in stock for my 2013 Dodge Dart Rally I4 turbo. But could order it and be at store by 2pm July 5th 2024. Drove 8 miles to get it the 5th and was told a truck delivery delay and now maybe the 6th..... NOT the store fault, but glad I don't have to pay till I get it.
