Visiting Florida from Connecticut. Saw this place and thought we'd give it a shot. They did not disappoint. I had smothered oxtail with Mac and cheese, candy yams and corn bread. It was delicious.

Looks good but that it chicken very greasy was told cornbread was sweet and most I had rice cakes the
that was way sweeter and most. Fried cabbage was on point with the perfect amount of seasoning.

It was my first time trying this restaurant. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff were amazing!! My food was fresh and extremely delicious!! I will most definitely come back!! 😋

Stopped by Candee Lee’s after work for the second time. I was assisted by the lovely Bri, she is amazing; very helpful, patient, and kind. The food was delicious, again, tasted as good as it looks! I’m old and constantly turning my music down…if you dine in be aware that the music 🎶 is up a bit. Please don’t let that stop you from enjoying the delicious food here, can’t wait to come back!
