Instead, they want to send a tech out so your forced to pay the diagnostic fee, and then feel like you've sunken cost and are ok with getting fleeced on an expensive repair. Honestly, a masterclass in capitalism, so I'll commend them on that.

Michael was professional, kind, and did a great job installing our new garage door! I called yesterday morning and spoke with Lisa at customer service who was incredible . I mentioned that my garage door wouldn't open and I was able to book an appointment immediately. Dawson showed up a few hours later from the company and gave me a full report and options to repair on the spot.
A few hours later everything was fixed perfectly. At the end I received a video showing it worked. Amazing!
What an incredible experience. I highly recommend Canadoor. They would get 10 Stars if it was possible.

I've given Canadoor a 5 star rating, simply because there was no option to give them a higher rating!
From my initial contact with Tracy to our interaction with Brandon (the installer) they were nothing short of phenomenal. As a former sales manager I would regularly preach to my team the extreme importance and benefits of establishing a relationship. Both Tracy and Brandon did that about as well as I've ever seen. Brandon in particular was incredibly FUN (Friendly, Understanding and Natural) and if I ever need more garage door work, he won't be my first call; he'll be my only call. My wife and I both asked him if we required another replacement or repair, in the future if it would be possible to specifically request Brandon. That's the highest accolade I can give and it was entirely well earned!
