We've used EAS on a number of occasions. Etgar has worked on both our gas oven and dishwasher in the past and is better than anyone we've used previously, by far. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the workings of all manner of appliances. This time, our oven quit on Christmas day, so I texted him to be near the top of the queue when he got back to work. Not only did he answer me on Christmas day, but after a little remote diagnosis he scheduled me for first thing in the morning when he was back. He came over, quickly diagnosed the issue as a dead oven igniter, and actually had the required part in his truck (it's one that commonly fails, so he keeps some of those kinds of things with him), so he fixed it immediately. He's a smart, hard working, engaged independent technician, and I would recommend him without reservation.

I didn't get his name, but he called me and advised me on a more cost effective repair to service my fridge through LG flat rate service. He actually ended up saving me $500 by advising me to avoid scummy technicians that would otherwise charge me $900+. Thanks for your time.

Edgar is always reliable. He answers texts to the best of his ability outside of working hours and on weekends and is supremely knowledgeable about appliances. He comes over as soon as he is able to and service is always top knotch.
