They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process in clear, non-technical language, and gave me a very fair quote. ​My computer was fixed faster than expected, and is now running perfectly—it's like new! The professionalism, expertise, and honesty were exceptional. I will definitely be using them for any future tech issues and highly recommend them to anyone in the Campbelltown area

Great service. My laptop was crashing out soon after logging in or only partially logging in. Shane patiently tried to find the cause of the problem within the limited timeframes the computer allowed him before it crashed out. It turned out to be a virus that was difficult to detect and get rid of. He tried every strategy he could to avoid resetting the computer so as to preserve my files and programs etc. Unfortunately, he had reset the laptop to factory settings as the last resort to get rid of the virus. Shane’s time and effort to try and avoid doing this is greatly appreciated, though in the end it was the only solution that could work. Fortunately, I had a backup of my files. I highly recommend his computer repair work.

The team at Campbelltown Computer Repairs were absolutely amazing sorting out my son's PC. They were welcoming, honest and reliable. They even took the time to accommodate an earlier pick up outside of there business hours (weekend) so my son didn't have to wait until Monday. They took time to explain to myself and son insightful information to help keep the PC in good nick. A PC repair place that you can trust and is reliable. There customer service is also on point!

I have dealt with Shane at Campbelltown Computer Repairs twice previously and have been super happy with the awesome service and brilliant knowledge which Shane has. On this third visit I needed Shane to deep clean my gaming rig and, as usual, Shane did a phenomenal job with the cleaning and explained what can and can't be used and the right and wrong ways to complete the clean. Very highly recommended. A genuine and honest person.

Amazing quality service for an amazingly fair price. Shane is professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for you. After months of trying to fix it myself, Shane spotted the problem almost straight away. He even called the company I originally bought my PC from to organise an RMA on the motherboard, and packaged and shipped the PC for me. Best of all, his communication is top notch - as soon as there was any update, he let me know straight away and was always available if I had any questions. Would highly recommend, and I'll go here for PC upgrades or repairs in future!

Just like to comment on Campbelltown Computers, from the moment I called them and asked for prices on computer I was treated with such care. They asked me all of my requirements and then suggested diffent computers in a variety of models. Once I ordered and paid it only took 3 day for delivery, and Shane came over himself and helped me set it up. This place is "Gold" in customer service... very happy customer..
