Our two Mini-Bernese, Willow & Walter, love Camp Bow Wow! They go crazy when we pull up, for day or overnight. We like their responsiveness to our questions and the requirements for entrance. (immunizations, neutering). Great place for your dogs and a nice break for us!

Orientation was great! I really appreciated how involved the employees are ensuring the dogs have a pawsitive experience there, from consistency in play to curbside pickups. They also mentioned they will help dogs eat by adding things to their kibble if they don't eat much while there for overnights. I also love the large outdoor play areas and cameras available to check in on playtime! Will definitely be booking camps in the future!

Our two small dogs were there for Day Camp. Every time I went to the app, all of the dogs were playing. Every time thevstaff member walked past a dog, they would give that dog some pets. I never saw any of the dogs unsupervised.
I will definitely bring my girls to "Camp" again!!

Just started taking our dog here and they are amazing! The fact they come out to grab the dogs from the car for drop off and pick up is amazing! They are so nice to talk to, very helpful with integrating our rescue dog who has anxiety into the pack. Very clean facility, our dog never comes back smelling like pee or anything like most places. Offers grooming and other special treats or activities daily which is amazing option as well! Overall love it here for our dog!

Give Camp Bow Wow a double WOW!! We took our Whoodle puppy there for the first time last week and she loved it. We watched her on the puppy cam and she interacted so well with the other dogs. That was the first time she’d been around other dogs (other than her litter mates). They kept an employee with the dogs at all times to supervise them. We were very impressed. Check in and check out was very smooth. They are very organized. Our Bella will definitely be returning soon!!

Our dog has stayed at multiple Camp Bow Wows and we attempted to have him stay at this location during the holidays. Despite accommodating giving our dog another vaccination that is beyond what other Camp Bow Wows, his day care, and his vet recommends - it was still not sufficient.
Fortunately, another Camp Bow Wow in Indianaplis was much more accommodating and we opted to give them our business. Interesting that when we shared our experience with the Camp Bow Wow Carmel location they said it was not uncommon.
Charley had a wonderful stay at that location and we will continue to utilize Camp Bow Wows knowing that this experience with the Carmel location was an outlier.
Save time - just go to a different Camp Bow Wow.

My interaction with Camp Bow Wow in Carmel is one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had with a doggy daycare/boarding. I have been looking for a place to send my 18 month-old puppy Minnie for daycare, in order to work out some daytime puppy energy that will otherwise fall on my in-laws while my husband and I travel after the upcoming holidays. With that said, as anyone who works in the service industry can imagine, every doggy daycare and boarding service is insanely busy at this time of year, especially for onboarding new clients. I have made many calls and gotten many turndowns. I was therefore very surprised to get a call at 7 PM on a Friday evening from Joseph, who I believe is a/the manager of the Carmel Camp Bow Wow, only 20 or so minutes after I left a voicemail for them. Joseph explained that they were very busy, but offered me a number of creative options to get Minnie in for a meet and greet in ways that wouldn’t sacrifice the experience of the other dogs or the sanity of the staff during a super busy time. He also made clear that the meet and greet for new dogs is free, and it seemed like he just wanted to make sure that Minnie had a good daycare experience and that perhaps it alleviated some stress for the day on my in-laws—NOT that they gained a new customer.
I also appreciated that he was very honest about their capabilities. We left the conversation with an understanding that he would do what he could to get Minnie in for a meet and greet, but within reason, and provided some alternative dates for if an initial meeting was not possible before Christmas. Camp Bow Wow was not my first choice because they are slightly more out of the way than another daycare in our neighborhood. But after the conversation I had with Joseph, I feel like it’s worth the extra five minute drive because I got the sense in a very short phone call that they care greatly about their customers, their dogs, and their staff. All of those things matter greatly to me when working with a new business. I would highly recommend them.

We are so sorry to hear you were unhappy with our location’s attention to detail and strict entrance requirements. With Canine Influenza spiking recently in some areas of the country (sadly resulting in deaths in some extreme cases), we are firm on our decision to require the Canine Influenza vaccine, and we are unable to accept a Camper with limited Camp attendance at other locations (Charley completed a behavioral evaluation at one Camp only to Camp Overnight at a completely different Camp for a few nights, with absolutely no opportunity to actually acclimate to the Camp environment properly). We typically only accept a “clone” or transfer from another Camp if they have a consistent attendance record at another Camp and we can obtain a valid positive reference from that Camp, which was not the case with Charley. We do understand that the HOWLIDAYS can be busy and hectic, so bringing him in for us to evaluate his behavior to ensure a Happy & Healthy visit at Camp would have taken time from your busy schedule, however, you may have more free time if you did not waste it by creating a separate Google account with a fake name, just for your 1-Star reviews.

Camp bow wow has been great for my Great Dane. They have other big dogs which allows her to play and get plenty of playtime action. She is a lunatic so these days help. They worked with me after I bought a package and the Luna got sick.

Our dog Latte absolutely loves Camp Bow Wow Carmel! She gets so excited every time she realizes we’re on the way to Day Camp — it’s clear she’s having so much fun with her friends there.
The staff are amazing and pay great attention to detail. They always update us on how Latte is doing during camp, which makes us feel so comfortable leaving her there. Even though we can watch her through the cameras, their attentiveness really gives us peace of mind that she’s in good hands.
Recently, Latte hasn’t been feeling her best and has needed a few unexpected vet visits. The team has been so understanding and flexible when we’ve had to cancel daycare last minute. Their kindness and support mean a lot to us — we truly appreciate how much they care about both the dogs and their owners.
Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Carmel to any pet parent looking for a safe, fun, and caring place for their pup!
