We contacted Matt of Campbell K9’s for our 1 year old Sheepadoodle, Benson. He went to the week long bootcamp where he joined their family essentially for 5 days and came home a well behaved dog! I was absolutely astonished at the transformation while still maintaining his goofy, clumbsy demeanor! Our main focus was off leash training, recall, jumping on guests and counter surfing. All behaviors were corrected except for the occasional “can’t contain my excitement because my favorite trainers are here to get me” hugs Benson sneaks in. Benson has been apart of the adventure hikes with Matt, Mary and Joe for 2 years now and absolutely loves it! What dog wouldn’t want to run around with their best dog friends and some of his favorite humans all off leash each week?! It gives me peace of mind knowing he is in good hands and they treat him like their own family dog! I recommend them to anyone and everyone! By far the best thing we could have done for our silly, lovable boy!

Campbell K9's is THE BEST! Our pups started with Matt for K9 Good Citizen Training and then continued on to the off leash boot camp. They have confidence and excellent recall skills, even with distractions! Currently, Joe picks them up every week for the adventure hikes. They get to socialize with all of their friends, and get worn out in the process. Junie and Cash have also stayed overnight with Matt and Mary- who make their stay as close to home as possible. Matt, Mary, and Joe are highly skilled in both training and dog behaviors. Highly recommend this team to help your pups live their best lives!

Campbell k9’s are absolutely incredible! They’ve been part of Rex’s life since he was a puppy, and the training Matt provided gave us such a solid foundation. Almost 2 years later, Rex now enjoys his weekly hikes. They care for him like he’s their own, and I have complete trust in them.

The team at Campbell K9’s are amazing! Milo and Tucker are always super excited each week when Joe picks them up for their weekly hike. The daily social media posts of the hikes are lovely, being able to see your pups having fun! Matt and his team have trained both of our dogs. We now have two great dogs with off leash recall and walk on leash without pulling. This makes walking them and taking them out safe and a pleasure for both us and our pups!

Matt and Campbell K9s are absolutely incredible! They took my Saint Bernard, Norman, through boot camp training and the transformation was amazing. Matt’s approach is calm, confident, and completely tailored to each dog’s personality. Norman came back better behaved, more focused, and still his happy, goofy self. What really sets Campbell K9s apart is the ongoing support—Norman goes on weekly hikes with their adventure group, and it’s truly the highlight of his week. He gets socialization, exercise, and structure all in one outing. I know he’s safe, happy, and in the best hands possible. Matt is the only person I fully trust with my dog, and that peace of mind is priceless.

I don’t trust just anyone with my dog—but when it comes to Mary and Matthew at Campbell’s K-9s, I’d trust them with my whole heart. My pup Maverick has been hiking with them since he was just 6 months old, and watching him grow under their care has been nothing short of amazing. Matthew not only helped train Maverick as a puppy but also worked his magic with off-leash training. It was hands-down one of the best decisions I’ve made as a dog parent. Now, Maverick bounds through trails with confidence, surrounded by his hiking crew, and comes home happily exhausted—a sure sign of an adventure well spent! What sets Campbell’s apart isn’t just their skill, it’s the deep care and love they show to every single dog. They treat each pup like their own, and Maverick absolutely adores them. After limited success with 2 other trainers, we sent our high energy lab to Matt’s week-long bootcamp … well, third time’s a charm! Our lab is now happily off leash, hiking weekly with Matt, Mary and the pack! When we rescued our second dog (a very timid pup), the first thing we did was sign her up for bootcamp. She is now a happy healthy well-adjusted pup who also loves to hike with the pack! I’ve also sent both dogs overnight with Matt and Mary - they treat our pups as part of their family. You couldn’t find a better trainer or better people than Matt and Mary!

We did board training for our dog Daisy who was anxious around other dogs and in public settings as a result of abuse prior to us adopting her. With just one week of training, the difference was clear. She is confident, friendly, and takes off leash hikes happily with the pack each week.
