I saw Duncan after being forced to stop running due to a number of niggles and injuries. In one session, Duncan found the root cause. He was very personable and professional and I am no longer in pain. I would definitely recommend.

Duncan has been treating me for back pain which I’ve had on and off for years. Through the use of different techniques he has managed to really get it under control and most of the time my back is fine now and no longer limiting which is such an improvement. He is a very friendly and caring professional and I would highly recommend him.

Duncan is absolutely fantastic!
I first went to see Duncan after a workplace injury, and he kindly created space in his diary at late notice to treat my injury. I initially sought out an osteopath due to acute back pain. I luckily found Duncan who quite rightly also diagnosed I had a problem with my neck and upper shoulder. This was a long standing issue I'd had for many years with pain/discomfort on a daily basis. He encouraged me not to put up with it and consider treatment, being realistic that I may not get 100% relief and improvement may take some time due to it being a chronic problem. Initially improvement was slower and up and down but now after 12 months I am at the stage of most
days not having any issues with my neck at all. The difference this makes to both physical and mental health can not be underestimated. Thank you Duncan
