I wanted a better lens for my Canon R7, decided for Canon RF 24mm F1.8 Macro IS STM. Found online at Cam City at best price in Dubai. The lens arrived in Fujairah next day. New in original box, well packed (extra carton box and proper internal padding). Mounted on my camera, make few tests and yes, it is working properly. Thank you Cam City!

I recently took my Canon EOS 65D to Cam to fix a problem. Drooped it off. 2 hrs later the technician calls and says: All fixed. Dust on the turn-on switch. Minimal charge. I cannt recommend Cam City enough. Highly professional. Fast. Cost effective. As they say on their web-site. If you take the camera to the retail store, they will simply send it to a 3rd party technician. Always better to go to the source and deal with the guys who do the fixing. 5 stars.

​I visited this shop to buy a Sony camera battery for a relative. The staff was very polite and their behavior was excellent. However, I found their pricing system quite confusing for someone who doesn't like to bargain. ​They initially quoted AED 130 for the battery, then quickly dropped it to AED 100, then to AED 90, and finally agreed to AED 80 after my relative bargained. While I appreciate the discount, as someone who isn't good at haggling, this makes me feel like I might be overcharged if I don't bargain. For people like me who prefer fixed and transparent pricing, online platforms like Noon apps might be a better choice. Great service, but the price inconsistency was a bit disappointing.

Actually, our selling price was 130 for all customers. However, some customers were not happy with the price and requested a discount. In such cases, we reduced the price. In a few instances, customers asked for additional discounts again. Even though we do not make any profit in those cases, we still offer the discount because customer satisfaction is our main priority. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
