I moved to Delaware a year ago, and experienced problems with my heating/ac in my home. I interviewed several different companies and they were not interested so much with what I needed but interested in the cost of the job. Top Flight Heating & Air showed me I wasn't just another person that needed repairs on my unit but they explained and took the time to show me what I exactly needed to make my home comfortable. They did an amazing job installing and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I appreciate all the work they have done for me, if I have any service needs or questions, they are always there to help. Even my plumbing needs, they have an on sight plumber, Sam, who fixes any plumbing issues I have in my home. Thankyou. It was an incredible experience with Ryan and Sage. One request for information about a split heating/a.c. unit for my 3 season room and 2 days later, in the cold of January, I am sitting in a warm cozy porch! They engendered a lot of trust through their professional demeanor and efficient work. I highly recommend this company.
Prompt, competent and professional. Shoe covers are a plus. Tyler accomplished the repair quickly and explained the process clearly.

Isaac serviced my ductless system in my sun room. The system was heating but was inconsistent in response to temperature changes. Isaac cleaned the inside unit and that seems to have improved how it works. He was on time and worked professionally.

I moved from a disappointing service company to Top Flight 4 months ago and they operate like a service company should, office staff attentive, scheduling easy, so far no cancellations, service techs good.

Top Flight is just that, they play in the A league, at the highest level. They are on-time, knowledgeable, thorough and fairly priced. When we needed emergency service on a Saturday, it was the President of the company who showed up. The fact that they document everything with photos and take the time to explain the issues, speaks volumes regarding their integrity. They also respect your home! No dirty workboots on your hardwood floor!
