I’d AVOID this company completely.
The cleaner didn’t mop at all. I stepped downstairs for five minutes, came back, and they were gone. The floors weren’t wet, nothing was drying, and the same stains and marks were still there. It was obvious the mopping was never done.
When I raised this with the owner, I was met with excuses and gaslighting. He wouldn’t acknowledge the issue, claimed mopping was “most of the job,” then contradicted himself saying it was “only ten percent.” He even raised his voice when I pointed out the inconsistencies, and tried to justify it by saying he’s “been getting scammed lately,” which has nothing to do with me. I just expected the service I paid for.
Overall, extremely unpleasant to deal with and zero accountability for not completing the job.
Call the cleaners made our move out so seamless, they were amazing!

They did a fantastic end of lease clean for me. The cleaners who attended were kind and patient and went above and beyond in every aspect. Bond back in full, and in my opinion cleaner than when we arrived. Reasonable pricing and quality of clean worth every dollar spent. Highly recommend and will use again. Thank you!

Chitra and her team did a great job doing a full deep clean of our 3-bedroom apartment and were able to accommodate our booking at short notice. Would definitely use again!

I recently moved into a new home in Strathfield and had to biggest headache on how to clean such a big home. I booked in Call the Cleaners for a move in clean and they did such an excellent job.
I would 100% reccomend it to anyone looking to clean their homes. I also see myself booking these cleaners again.
