I’d AVOID this company completely. [updated]
he's now harrassing me on my personal number threatening me with "further action" ridiculous. do not deal with this company, nightmare! I'm entitled to leave a review and he says im not. do a better job then you won't get bad reviews... wild encounter.
The cleaner didn’t mop at all. I stepped downstairs for five minutes, came back, and they were gone. The floors weren’t wet, nothing was drying, and the same stains and marks were still there. It was obvious the mopping was never done.
When I raised this with the owner, I was met with excuses and gaslighting. He wouldn’t acknowledge the issue, claimed mopping was “most of the job,” then contradicted himself saying it was “only ten percent.” He even raised his voice when I pointed out the inconsistencies, and tried to justify it by saying he’s “been getting scammed lately,” which has nothing to do with me. I just expected the service I paid for.
Overall, extremely unpleasant to deal with and zero accountability for not completing the job.

Fantastic service! I’m very happy with how my apartment was cleaned. The couple was lovely, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Highly recommend their services, I’ll definitely be booking them monthly for a deep clean!

Awful! Booked a deep clean - they whizzed around in an hour & said they were done. Had to follow up on missed doors, dirt still on bedside tables, cobwebs all through the living area, picture frames not wiped down, patches of floors that had been missed. After the 4th follow up they left, I then had to wipe down the bedside tables myself as there were marks all over it still and vacuum a few areas. Felt like they weren’t in the detail and were just in a rush to get to the next job. Would not recommend.
Call the cleaners did an excellent job at the end of our lease. Highly recommended

I had a deep clean. With oven and range hood. The cleaner was Nissan (unsure if that is how it is spelt) very polite and professional. 5 stars very happy.
