I was out of town when Danen came to clean the duct system and dryer vents. He kept me informed of when his services would occur, explained the work that he had done and sent pictures of concerning issues. He seemed quite thorough!

Professional, and they seem to do quality work, but they are very expensive based on my research. I was part of their annual service plan, and they came to my home recently for annual AC servicing. The tech recommended I replace two basic parts that only retail for about $15 or $20 each. The cost for parts and labor was $688 for a 10 minute install. I guess that was my discounted price! I looked up similar installs on line and Summers was right at the top of the range based on national averages.
I also asked them for an estimate last December to install a water softener that I purchased. They quoted me a price that was three times higher than what I ended up paying s licensed plumber for the same install. There was also a lot of upselling attempts going on during both visits by Summers. I'm moving on to another company.

Evan and Matt came out to take care of my plumbing issues. They did a great job of explaining what caused the issues I was having and explained all of the work that needed to be completed. They did a great job completing the work.

The serviceman came out for my AC check. He did not clean anything. He did not provide a detailed receipt of items he checked. Instead, I got an estimate for a new HVAC system. He sent pictures to my daughter of vents that needed cleaned but he did not clean anything. In addition, he left the panel off my furnace. I am attaching pictures. I want those items cleaned and my furnace put back together. Contact me asap!

Evan was out today to make sure that our air conditioning was working properly. He did an outstanding job! He was very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend him if you need anything taken care of,he checked everything indoors and then proceeded to go outside and checked the unit and also cleaned it. I was extremely happy with his services 😀

Christian did a fantastic job. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about what needed to be accomplished for the annual tuneup. He even had to come back to accomplish the outside portion because it was raining on the initial day.

Added a clean air system after having duct work cleaned. All went great with the technicians and installation. After only one day I can tell the difference in air quality. Fantastic with all the pollen outside.

Annual service of the plumbing system was performed by Mike. He arrived on time, was well trained, completed a thorough inspection, addressed several maintenance issues, answered all questions, was polite and completed service within the estimated time. I will continue using Summers for annual maintenance and service.
