Damien came out to check on my garage door opener that we’ve been having some issues with. We had a potential scheduling conflict that the guys were able to adjust to and got the repair done immediately. There were a few other recommendations for the future and no pressure to do those “right now”. These guys are phenomenal and the fact that Rite-A-Way is a Veteran Owned company is just an added bonus. 10/10 will recommend.

Nick came to our home & was incredibly kind, respectful, and provided the exact information we needed. Our garage door system is probably 30-50 years old & he was able to diagnose the problem quickly & efficiently. Unfortunately we aren’t able to afford the fix right at this moment- but we 100% will be using Nick & his team in 2 months when we can afford the fix!

Nick just came out and installed a new garage door opener for me, replaced my spring, new cables, and fixed the rubber seal on bottom of my door. I got estimates from multiple places and Nick was not only the best priced but he was the most honest about what I needed to do without making me feel pressured to do anything on the spot or that I didn’t need. I really appreciate his help and if I ever need services again I will be reaching out to him.

We had a great experience with Rite-A-Way. Nick came out to give us a quote in the last a couple of weeks to repair our garage door and another quote to replace it with an insulated door. We went ahead and spent a little more money and replaced it. The improvement is staggering! He was very friendly and professional. He even got our Golden Retriever, Sophie's, seal of approval as well for being so friendly. We are very happy with the results and can't recommend them enough. If you have a garage door need call them, "Rite-A-Way"!!!

Our builder introduced us to Randy Malkin at Rite-A-Way Garage Doors and Gates, and we are so HAPPY to have worked with this company! They gave us a number of options to consider, politely and professionally listened to what we wanted, and boy did they deliver! After a lot of back and forth about options, color, slats with tube steel, all steel, sweeps, hinges, dimensions, handles, locks, etc. We finally decided an all-steel gate was the best fit for our needs, and it’s painted the same color as the house because that color hides the dust. We had them make a custom ten foot painted metal gate with a 60/40 split and a keypad handle. Because we’ve had at least four rattlesnakes in the backyard over the last two years, we were very keen on tight dimensions and fit, not only between the two gates but also with the ground and where the sides meet the house wall and the backyard wall. Rite-A-Way measured thoroughly and did an excellent job meeting (actually exceeding) our expectations on fit and finish. It’s a beast of a gate (in a good way), but also well-balanced and easy to open. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you need a gate made, I hope you’ll contact them. 😊

I contacted Rite-A-Way on a Sunday afternoon and received a response within 5 minutes from Joel. It was very easy to get scheduled for next day, first available service. My technician’s name was Nick, and he was very friendly, honest, and helpful. I appreciated that he was on time, arriving just before 8am. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the garage door and I really appreciate him taking a look at the rest of the equipment to determine if there was anything else needing repaired or replaced. I also appreciate that they are a veteran owned company. I will be using Rite-A-Way in the future for routine inspections and maintenance, without any hesitation!
