We had friends coming into town and turned on the pool heater to find out it was not working. An online forum recommended Perfect Catch so I gave them a call. The team member on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful and got a technician scheduled ASAP. The technician (Rashad) came out Tuesday, expertly troubleshot the problem, the internal team ordered the part and tracked delivery, and Rashad got us up and running on Friday, just in time for our company. We highly recommend Perfect Catch for any pool repair you may have!

We recently had our pool remodeled and ran into an issue when replacing our old pool light. The company that first came out spent 6 hours trying to wire tape the conduit to run the new line with no luck. I called Perfect Catch and they were able to get it through in less than an hour! Perfect catch approached it differently and blew out the conduit with a water bag which removed a ton of debris and a stuck lizard. From there they were able to run a tape fully through and get it all working! Very pleased with the speed and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I have contemplated adding a heat pump for my pool for years. An upcoming visit by the grandkids put the plan in action. I got four quotes and one stood out above the others. Met with Yanni, the owner, who spent time with me discussing the heater and the electrical panel. He was polite, understanding and obviously knowledgeable. He and his quote rose above the others. Vendela, the office manager, equally pleasant and professional set up the appointment, took the 50% deposit and arranged delivery three days later. Pleased to work with two sharp reps of the company but rare to meet three crew members all with 5 star attitudes and skills. Dillon, Kirk and Rashon were exceptional. Work was completed, electrical panel wired and finished product is performing as promised and placement, plumbing and electrical are tidy and neat. Perfect Catch is highlighted in my contacts. Today Perfect Catch came to install a new breaker panel and replace some old outlets. Kaine showed up on time which is always a good start. He explained to me the process and then began on the panel. As he was waiting for Tyler to bring the rest of the parts he replaced the old outlets. Tyler showed up, and the two of them did a great job finishing up the panel.
