As a senior citizen, I was deeply and positively impressed by GAVIN‘s presentation, his excellent professional demeanor, and his work ethic. Besides being an excellent technician, he is a great teacher of what options I had as a homeowner to improve my air-conditioning system and gave me extremely valuable information. He has a credit to his company and to the air-conditioning industry. I’m deeply grateful for his help and we’ll plan to have him in his company as my permanent maintenance people from my home.

He was very informative on what he was doing and what was wrong. Got right on it explained to me about the warranty which I never knew I had before which was a great deal and I told him you're my AC man from now on. Explained to me the maintenance program and all that which I want to get on and they said he would be back to me. He didn't have any with him but he'd be back again to do that.

Colby came out after hours, fixed my problem with outstanding professionalism and workmanship. I worked HVAC in the past and didn’t mention that until the end of our exchange because I didn’t need to, he didn’t push me into paying for something I didn’t need, didn’t make suggestions to fix things that weren’t broken, and the company didn’t price gouge for an emergency repair like many others would. 10/10 experience. Will be using Mallard for any issues in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, reliable HVAC company.
