I called Jerm's after several winters of having my propane delivery company repair breakdowns to my heating system, when I could finally afford a full system replacement. They were timely in sending out someone for an estimate, who was able to give me options with prices that same day. On all 3 days of the project, Jeremy and Eric were on time, professional and hard working. They answered all of the many questions I had and were happy to ensure I understood every part of the new system. They installed a new boiler, water heater, and all associated systems, as seen in the picture. I was also aware before they arrived of a few smaller plumbing issues I wanted to deal with later, but when they went in the crawl space, they were able to inform me that my pressure tank from the ‘80s had failed. Go figure. With my satisfaction from their work on the full heating system, I decided to move forward with the plumbing repairs as well. Because Jeremy spoke with the tech that was coming for the plumbing fixes, the tech TC was well prepared to come out for the estimate, give me options same day, and also do the actual repairs and install that day as well. TC was similarly punctual, professional, and hard working. I was again fully educated on the repairs and new installs, as I was with the heating portion of their business. TC installed a new pressure tank, a whole home filter system to deal with my sediment, and replaced the flush seal in my toilet tank. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from both sides of Jerm’s Plumbing and Heating, and the end result of both; I would recommend Jerm’s highly for any heating or plumbing needs you may have, based on my experience with them. Edit: In addition, now that they've also come to remove the parts of the old heating system, I'd like to add how clean they are as well, something I hadn't really considered when thinking about the project, until I noticed that now that everything is done, there isn't a mark anywhere to signify that a sometimes messy job took place here. Couldn't be happier.

I have to express my deepest thanks to Matthew, who came to install new shower fittings and a tub drain yesterday. This was a very challenging install, and he kept his composure throughout, even after banging his head on our crazy basement hatch several times. Despite the frustration of the work, he did the job to the highest standards and he stuck with it. I am always impressed by the team at Jerm’s: they are good humans, all of them. They have my highest recommendation. Well done again.
