I used Jerm’s yesterday for my first plumbing service with them. I had a spigot I wanted to relocate. Scott and Sam came out to help, and were both personable and professional. They explained to me how Jerm’s quoted work and listened to what our needs were, then took the time to give options that would work for us. The work they did looks great and was done very professionally. I definitely would work with Jerm’s again for plumbing or other services. Also, the front office was really helpful in setting up the appointment and orienting me with Jerm’s as a company.

Our water heater was running poorly and making loud noises. Aaron was a consummate professional, thoroughly inspected the water heater and determined it needed to be cleaned. He took before and after photos and walked us through his process before he left. He gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions. He was polite and knowledgeable. This was a relatively minor repair: the bathtub spigot / shower control had failed, and the copper supply piping disintegrated. Billy O'Connell and his assistant were pleasant, businesslike, and expert. They did a much better job than I, with my rudimentary DYI plumbing experience, would have done!

I had an emergency pipe leak over the weekend. I called numerous people and no one was able to help. Chris was the on-call technician and was able to walk me through how to turn off the water and control the week until it could be repaired. Once Monday rolled around, Cody came out straight away and walked me through the problem, the solution, and ways to keep track of my other pipes and plumbing. Both Cody and Cam worked to replace the pipe, and check the to make sure the integrity of the rest of the system was intact. I am so appreciative of their time, expertise, and willingness to educate me.

Five stars. Called after our old water heater broke and flooded the basement. Cameron and John came out and were extremely helpful, walking me through the options. They installed a new water heater the same day. Professional, friendly, and efficient. We were very satisfied with both the cost and the quality of service. Jerm's is our go-to plumber.
September 2022:
We had a wonderful experience with Jerm's. Our 1880 house needed to be retrofitted with a central stack vent, a challenging job that was anything but straightforward.
