Sam came early went right to work, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very friendly and professional. In all in the middle of a heat wave my air conditioning and from the time I called Hummingbird and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. The price was very reasonable.

Two years ago, Charles told me that my refrigerant was low and that there was likely a leak somewhere in the system. At the time, I was advised to either have a leak test performed or replace the unit. I never moved forward with either option because the system continued to run fine each year, but I was always concerned that it would fail when we needed it most.
Recently, I contacted Hummingbird to get a quote for a new AC unit and furnace. The technician who came out, Sam Gosson, wanted to perform his own evaluation before recommending any replacements. After thoroughly inspecting and testing the system, he determined that everything was operating as it should. He even took the time to disassemble and clean my AC condenser.
Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. Instead of trying to sell me equipment I didn't need, he took the time to properly diagnose the system and ultimately saved me a significant amount of money.
Because of that experience, Hummingbird will be my first call if I ever have HVAC issues in the future. As Sam said, "Quality over Quantity."

The team at Hummingbird did an extensive AC overhaul/installation at my home last week and I truly could not be happier with their work.
EVERYONE I interacted with was fantastic. Tano helped me to troubleshoot and decide exactly what I needed and the install began almost immediately. Installers Deacon, Kade, Dionte, Dominic, and team were so respectful of my space (and my sleeping toddler). It was a challenging job and they managed it all with grace and efficiency. Their kindness and work ethic were next level.
Whoever does the hiring at Hummingbird should pat themselves on the back - these guys are AWESOME, and the AC works great!!!
