Both men who came from Hummingbird Heating and Cooling were very professional. Brandon let me know through text what he looked like. He explained the whole process and details. I was very comfortable with both workers who were polite, kind and respectful. The first part of my job got done quickly and I am waiting on parts that were ordered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

My experience with hummingbird heating was amazing. Brandon was really polite and his coworker was nice very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I was very glad that they came to my house and worked on my boiler and it was in Brewerton

From the first contact with Hummingbird the process flowed. The communication with the company was excellent. They even sent a picture of the tech and his name, which is Sam. This was very reassuring to receive as someone that you don't know is coming into your home. Sam and his assistant were very polite and even asked before he arrived if he could pick up a cup of coffee for me. Now who does that these days? The issue with my furnance was diagnosed and repaired in a very timely matter. I was surprised how everything flowed. Now my furnace is back to humming. 😊 a top notch and caring company to deal with.

Mark and Bill did a great job! They were friendly, personable, and patient with all my questions. They removed my older, malfunctioning hot water heater and installed a new hybrid model, repaired improperly done connectors and valves, and had it up and running in under 3 hrs. The guys were a bit later than original appt time, but considering the whole region had just gotten a foot of snow the day before, I thought that was understandable. Very excited for the hope of a lower electric bill!! Update: my project is finished and we can already feel the difference in a warmer basement. Bill was especially attentive to all details, was an absolute joy to chat with while he worked, and explained all the process and techniques. Can’t wait to start our next project with Hummingbird!
