Yandel my AC tech was great. He didn’t leave a mess behind. He was polite and bilingual. My AC is nice and cool so far no problems. For less than $100 I cannot complain thank you Yandel. He also let me know the other upgrade options I have and will get done next time.
Home therapist is the best. My experience with them has been amazing. Everyone who has been coming to my home are well knowledge and they explain everything in details and give advices and recommendations to improve the air conditioning and plumbing. We are so happy with them and recommend them to everyone. Alejandro was the one coming this last time and he did an awesome job same with Adalberto who had been doing the plumbing part. Their recommendations has been very valuable. We appreciate home therapist and the team a lot. Their customer service ladies are also so kind and work with you to make the schedule for you. He was friendly, happy and did a very nice job under uncomfortable circumstances. His coworker was also pleasant and cooperative.

The technician Michael was very punctual and professional. He explained every step and took the time to make sure the heating elements were in working order and clean.

Home therapist has been doing work for us for years. Our old ac system broke down gave them a call they were out the next day to try and diagnose it once they found the problem they gave options between repair or replace. The system was old so no worth repairing we went with the replacement and they were out to install the next day. They reach out to remind me when it’s time to have them come to service the system included in their service plan. Jandiel has been our ac tech since the beginning and has always done a great job.

The unit appeared in excellent condition and he provided valuable recommendations to extend its lifespan.
