Homestead replaced the HVAC unit in our rental house property last month. Their service expertise and advice was outstanding and best experience we have ever had for HVAC services. No attempts to sell us something we didn’t need and really cared about doing a good job and building trust. Definitely use them for future service!!

Scheduled air duct cleaning consultation and maintenance appointment. Took the whole day off because these appointments are anywhere within a four hour block. Waited at home from 8am to 3pm...nothin....then get the call that there's a mixup and they can come after 5pm. I originally wanted 5pm but they couldn't at scheduling....amazing...I lost a day of pay. I saw no reason to reschedule when your time is not valued. Communication is always key. I am not saying they are a bad company to patronize. I am just describing my experience since they asked.

I am always slightly skeptical of 5-star reviews, however, I can genuinely say that Homestead should get all 5 stars. Jeff came out quickly (they were able to fit me in same-day) to look into why our AC was not working. He was helpful and efficient, and he explained what he was looking for a why. He ran a couple of tests and proposed a solution but gave me a couple of options for pricing which was very helpful. In the end, he discovered that the problem was up being much less of an issue than either of us anticipated but he was honest about that and told me so that I didn't have to have any work done! I am so, so grateful for that since many would probably not have disclosed that and scheduled the work anyway. I don't know whether I will need to call Homestead again soon but they will be our AC repair service forever more. I highly recommend and would give them 10 stars if I could.

I have breathing issues in my place so I reached out to Homestead to see what they could find. I worked with Alex, who did a great job of inspecting my units and assisting with sealing the ducts on my second floor and cleaning the coil, blower, etc. with his team (Alex and Rubin). He did not make any empty promises, set realistic expectations on potential outcomes, and was very honest. He definitely did not give off any used-car-salesman type vibes like another HVAC tech I had come by. I will be getting my units maintained by Homestead on their annual plan. Although my issues haven't been completely resolved, I did notice a slight improvement so I was able to eliminate one possibility off my list. I would not hesitate to work with Alex again.

I knew it was time for a new heating and Air conditioner since mine was from the 70’s. I’m happy I went with Homestead Heating & Air Home Services. These guys are very knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about their customers. I worked with Jeff he was so helpful. He told me what I needed and helped me with my financing which was so easy. The installers Rudy and Ruben were so nice. The day of install the guys arrived went straight to work and didn’t stop until it was completed. They have a great team and work together flawlessly. 10 out of 10 for me.

After making the huge investment to replace my HVAC system, I can confidently say I chose the right company. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Alex and Jeff were absolutely amazing. When my heater stopped working right as an ice storm was moving in, they responded quickly and made sure my unit was up and running so my family would be safe and warm during the storm. That alone meant so much to us. I already knew my system was old and inefficient, but what I appreciated most was that they never pressured me into replacing it. Instead, they clearly explained the condition of my current system, laid out my options, and patiently answered every question I had about purchasing a new one. I felt informed and empowered — not sold to. When it came time for the installation, everything went flawlessly. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. Even after the install, they’ve followed up to check on both me and the system to make sure I’m completely satisfied. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers and the safety of their families, but this one truly does. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service or considering a new HVAC system. You won’t regret it.

Alex is a hardworking, experienced, detail oriented HVAC technician and extremely personable. Regarding his repair work – after accessing what needs to be repaired – Alex then offered up solutions /choices (within our budget) to fix the HVAC problems. During his last visit, Alex fixed our heating problem. He was prompt and efficiently completed the task at hand. He answers your questions about your system and educates you on what you need to do to keep it maintained and running (saves money). We highly recommend Homestead Heating and Air – prompt, fair pricing and friendly.
