Installed furnace and AC. Justine was very knowledgeable and wanted to point out what would be best in my home as far as both furnace and AC. Adam and his team did a great job installing. I called the next day with a couple of concerns, and Justine had Mark come out and he took care of it right away. I am very happy with the service and professionalism. I have stayed with Emerald since they installed myfurnace and a/c unit.. They have serviced a/c and furnace every year. It turned out it was a great thing because when my furnace was just cleaned an checked, Sebastian found an issue with the heat exchanger. Thank God he found it, as it could have been dangerous! He came yesterday and for 3 hours, he diligently changed it. Sebastian is not only polite and professional, but is amazing at what he does! I'm so happy that Emerald was efficient and came as soon as the part came in. Thank you for a job well done!

Emerald came to our aid quickly and professionally. Life has a funny way of throwing millions things at you so of course days after we brought home our newborn child, the furnace in our home decided to die on us. A technician came out same day to trouble shoot and then we even had a quote specialist come same day to help us pick out the right product for us. They also gave us a portable heater to make sure our home stayed warm for the little one and had a team of technicians at our home within two days to get us taken care of. Everyone we came into contact with was incredibly personable and made us feel like we were important to them! We will recommend their services to friends and family and of course continue to trust them with our needs as well. Thank you to the entire Emerald staff!

Another excellent service call. The technician arrived promptly and completed the inspection in a timely manner. He was courteous and explained every step in the process, showing photos to illustrate the work done. Emerald comes through again!

Super frustrated with this company. A friend of mine had work done by then 8 of so years ago and said they were great, so I called them for a quote on putting a second AC zone in my house. They booked me an appointment for the following week. Then somebody from a different area code called me back 5 minutes later and said they forgot to tell me they charge 129 dollars just to come out and give a quote. I checked their website, and one of their options specifically says FREE ESTIMATE, but then you get to the end and it says they charge 129 dollars to send somebody out. Charging somebody for a free estimate seems insane to me. Picture proof attached.
