Kane saved the night on a really cold evening when our furnace went out. Without hesitation he was quickly in route and went above and beyond with solving our problem - not only getting it started but taking extra time to really dive in and explore why it was happening. We were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for his emergency visit and were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was. They were great! I called a little after 6pm on Friday about our AC not blowing cold air, thinking at best someone would be out Saturday morning (weekend rate). Kane answered, said he was out and could probably be there in 30 minutes. In less than an hour and a half, the bad part was replaced (common type he had in his truck) and cold air was blowing! Kane also said he would only charge us the standard rate, rather than the after hours rate (which I was expecting and would have been happy to pay). Kane was knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. Thank you again!

Angels are here if you're open to them. I am fighting 4th stage metastatic breast cancer. Last 2 days have been near 100° Being on chemo meds makes you miserable with no air conditioning. Kane came out right away, on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and explained everything so thoroughly. He didn't charge me. No charge just " get better" I will be making sure everyone is know uses Kane @ COMMUNITY HEATING AND AIR. He's in Victoria. I’m glad I did my research because there are just so many out there. Landed with Community Heating and Air mostly because of the reviews, but also it’s not a big brand like I used to work with who just tried to upsell me at every opportunity. Thank you so much, Kane!!! I’ve already referred Community to someone before I even typed this review because the service was so professional, detailed (I’m talking pictures, testing, rule-out other stuff, and full details of the problem and work needed). So much so that I was becoming paranoid about the cost. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was considering this level of professionalism and time he spent doing this. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything, and got my AC running better and fixed an issue with my humidity at the drain. I will need a new unit likely within a year, but he helped get me through the summer. That’s a pro - not a “salesman.” I finally have an AC and heating person I can actually trust and it hasn’t been easy.
