Responded quickly to my request for a quote. Owner came to my house and provided 3 different options for roof cleaning. Upon quote acceptance, Buddy Bright was able to clean roof the next day. 3-year warranty for soft wash chemical cleaning.

Their work was for my rental house that State Farm was going to cancel due to "mold" on the roof.BB assured me it was only moss and that They had many requests to clean roofs , awnings and gutters due to insurance threats to cancel. They took before and after pictures along with references of work in the invoice. They were out there the same day and sent all documents to me that afternoon. Their $900 was a fair price. I'd use them again!

I had a fantastic experience with Buddy Bright Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning. They soft washed my roof, treated it for moss and algae, and did an excellent job getting it back into great condition so I could reinstate my homeowners insurance. From the first quote to the completed work, they were professional, responsive, and very reasonably priced.
After scheduling, I asked if they could also pressure wash a small section along the side of my house that wasn’t included in the original estimate. They took care of it at no extra charge, which I truly appreciated. That level of customer service is hard to find.
My house honestly looks like new again. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they completed everything quickly and with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Buddy Bright to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional exterior cleaning services.

Customer BEWARE; This company does not deserve one star! Ivan qouted our home at $6000 (+) for roof moss removal, solar panel cleaning, window washing for both house and another building, soft wash on the house, power washing of the driveway and "rinsing" hardscape in the backyard. When I informed him he was double of our other bids he reduced his price in half (first red flag) and spoke bad about the other company bid. I chose to use Buddy Bright solely based on their 5 star reviews; what a mistake! I am very disappointed in their work. The windows look terrible even after he sent staff back to "touch up." His crew did not complete the job of rinsing the backyard hardscape nor power washing the driveway, which was itemized out to $800 for both. He will not return calls, text messages or emails on a refund. Don't let him take advantage of you... Poor business practices Buddy Bright and especially you Ivan!!!

Our crew spent two full days on your property, with our technicians working until 8:30 PM to complete the job. After you expressed concerns, we returned a third day with our lead technician to address every item you pointed out because we genuinely wanted you to be happy with the results.
Regarding the concrete, the agreed scope at the discounted price was a rinse of the hardscape—not a full pressure washing service. Likewise, screen and track cleaning were not included in the agreed scope of work.
We always stand behind our work and made multiple return visits at no additional cost in an effort to exceed your expectations. While we’re disappointed we couldn’t reach a resolution that satisfied you, we believe we fulfilled the agreed-upon scope and made every reasonable effort to address your concerns.

Josiah and Asher came on time and worked non stop over4 hours. Did a fantastic job and I would recommend them. The pictures they took showed all that was done and again turned out great!

This was a great experience, Josiah came out and was very professional and did a great job. We will be using this company again. And referring them to our neighbors and friends we had our roof pressure washed with moss removed , solar panels cleaned and driveway pressure washed . They also have a great guarantee.
