California Detox far and away the best experience I’ve had with any Detox now with over 24 years in recovery Rachel Heiden in particular as a Case Manager is absolutely exceptional along with the Team. I’d encourage anyone struggling with alcoholism and/or drug addiction to reach out immediately you will not be disappointed as my life depended on it I’m sure your does as well.

This is such a phenomenal program. The staff are amazing, and the house is beautiful. It blows the previous programs I had been to out of the water. I actually feel secure in my recovery, and truly believe I was given the necessary tools to maintain my sobriety.

By far one of the best experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend California detox. They are very highly qualified in helping with any case studies not just that but the staff alone is unbelievably amazing and they really know how to work well with each individual that walks into the house. The staff here is incredible. My family member has been to a few other treatment centers but California Detox has by far been the best treatment center. Staff pays attention to the individual and makes them feel comfortable and at home during their stay. The case manager Rachel was absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond for the clients there and ensures they have everything they need in order to be successful after being discharged. The facility itself was beautiful with a view of the ocean and nice big beds. I would definitely recommend sending your loved ones here if they are in need of help!

California Detox exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for by an incredible team of clinical and support staff who are not only highly professional but also genuinely caring and kind. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and supported. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and clean and overlooks the ocean. The groups are engaging and insightful, and I loved the weekend outings, which added a refreshing balance of fun to the program. A great reminder that we are supposed to enjoy our sobriety! I cannot recommend this program highly enough for anyone seeking support in their journey to sobriety.

I've been to treatment a couple of times, and this by far was the best experience I've had, not even comparable. Solomon and Maggie were so kind, but Rachel my case manager exceeded all expectations. Her knowledge and teaching of coping skills are things I still carry with me to this day. she was the best and truly changed my life for the better. Thank you California Detox!!

Staff is very helpful and its a beautiful location. The weekend outings were fun and memorable. They even took me to get a pedicure! The ocean view makes the stay worthwhile and all the skills that are taught throughout the week I am able to use for my whole life time. Every day we learned something new about ourselves and how to live a healthy lifestyle in sobriety. I am forever grateful for this facility, Laguna beach has my heart!

I had an amazing experience here getting sober I loved the staff especially Solomon, Jenny, Rachel, and Maggie they were all super awesome to me Solomon and Jenny were the absolute best and helpful also the rest of the staff but especially Solomon and Jenny, but they all took really good care of me and made sure my health was good through the detox I couldnt have asked for a better place to get sober great house great staff and super fun outings teaching me how to have sober fun!!! If you are looking for a good detox this is the place you want to be!! I highly recommend this spot!

Had an amazing recovery experience at California Detox. All the staff were incredible. Rachel my case manager made everything incredibly easy and really kept me motivated. Jenny and Chris did my intake and made me feel welcome and at home as soon as I met them. Chris is hilarious. Jackson made every outing one to remember and always had a way of connecting the clients. Nicole always had a positive energy that rubbed off on me, and we would bond over music. Thank you Rene for always taking us to AA meetings and the store for a soda or vape! In general I'm so thankful to have come here every single one of the staff mad a huge impact on me whether that be personally or through groups. The facilitators are also incredible, Brian was my personal favorite. The house is in a beautiful location and your daily schedule has the perfect balance, focusing heavily on your personal journey of recovery, but also giving more than enough time to unwind and enjoy your day. Will miss being here and miss every person I got to meet in this small chapter of my life.

A little bit about me, I’m an alcoholic and have struggled for years now trying to quit, I have gone through many horrible withdrawals, been in the hospital twice, and 3 times in rehab. I got so scared when I saw my eyes yellow and skin turn yellow. I’m thankful for God that I have not done any permanent damage. Today I am 79 days sober the longest so far, I have no cravings nor any desire to pick up again. I recently went through inpatient treatment with California Detox back in August with only being a month out of my treatment center prior. The clinical staff, and house staff are amazing, caring, with no judgement, and they treated me with respect. The house is beautiful, I was able to stay in my own room that faced the ocean, I was able to bring my cat, so I felt more at home. I loved group sessions, the facilitators were very knowledgeable, engaging, and I learned so much about my addiction, along with coping skills, and so much more to help me stay sober. Being able to get out and go to meetings, outings, and walks to the beach helped from feeling isolated. Sorry I could go on and on, but I do highly recommend seeking treatment from California Detox to start your sober journey. Remember to use your tools and resources and know you are never alone in your addiction.

Had an amazing experience at CA Detox. All of the staff were professional, kind and accommodating to all 6 of us in the house. Outside therapists/facilitators share relevant topics and exercises for recovery. They allowed us to come up with and vote on all of our group outings. The house has an incredible ocean view and we were able to walk down to the beach often. I definitely recommend this place!
