Just got my Nissan Altima back today! Caliber did an awesome job! My car looked brand new! They always kept me up-to-date every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on the progress of my car, and even was able to make sure I had a rental car to drive while they were working on it. Very impressed by the staffs professionalism and I would recommend them to anyone!

Probably worst customer service ever at a car shop and I am 58 years old. Stopped at Caliber Collision to find out how much it would cost to paint and install a different style of front bumper on a new car I was thinking about buying. I did not like the bumper on the car. The receptionist asked a woman in front office if this was possible to get an estimate without the car present and without looking at me she said no. I told her that I just needed to get a pre estimated cost to know if I wanted to buy the car. She said that she would get in trouble by doing this. It was obvious she was in a big hurry, wanted nothing to do with me and my request. I suppose that they must have more work than they need. I asked if she could recommend another place that could assist me and she told me to Google it. I told her I already had. Why she responded to me in such a negative way I have no idea. I'm thinking she must not be aware of contingency clauses if she was that worried about giving me an estimate. I strongly suggest that potential customers not seek service here if you expect to receive individual attention and good customer service.

My experience with Caliber Collision was top tier. I really appreciated the relationship they have with enterprise. I didn't have to worry about how I would pickup/drop-off the rental care. The communication during the repairs was also top tier. I never had to wonder what was going on in the process. From the front desk administrator, to the adjuster, and collision repair specialist I felt like my repair was top priority. I hope that I won't need collision repair services again. However, if I ever do I certainly will choose Caliber Collision. 5 star experience in a already frustrating time with having an auto accident.

Very pleased with the repair. Was done during the holiday season in just a couple weeks time. Car looks like it never had a collision and the paint match is excellent.
They also cleaned the interior of my car which was greatly appreciated - smelled new too!
