Great experience with this company. We had a smaller load and they handled everything perfectly. Mike and Dimitri were our movers, they were polite, quick, reassuring, and always asked if the position of any of the furniture was to our liking. Would highly recommend this company and pair of movers.

Unfortunately moving with Calgary Movers Pro was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any organization. We have used this company several times in the past without an issue, but wondering if there has been a change in management because this was genuinely awful. We will never be using this company again. Office management messed up the move time after reiterating to them my building elevator time slot several times, even before agreeing to book. They showed up 2 hours late and we missed my elevator window. The move also took way longer than I was quoted for, otherwise I would have tried to plan differently. They then belittled me on the phone, told me I'd said a time I did not when trying to address the situation, and then actually edited my phone call recording and cut out the last 30 seconds of the call where I confirmed the move time. They told me I said things didn't and refused to send me the full copy of the call when I asked why they trimmed the recording. I was on the phone for 45 minutes while I was told that "there was no issue" from their end. The conversation continued to escalate to a point that I was in tears, and a different family member had to take my phone to intervene and hang up the call refusing to continue the conversation. They then called me repeatedly from different phone numbers until I answered, and then the same staff member started to argue again. I have never been treated so badly by someone who is supposed to be in a customer service role. It makes me sad that a company has people like that in office positions. The two movers themselves were awesome and did a great job. Worked very hard in the heat non-stop. The poor guys were in the room for the call, had to wait the whole time I was on the phone, and then apologized profusely for their company.

Your guys did and awesome job. The price I was quoted was right on. They started to load the truck and I let them know, "oh no, you only have to walk across the green space". I would recommend your company to anyone, and if I move again. Thanks again.

Quick and reasonably priced. Came well equipped for the job. Managed to get some really tricky furniture pieces out without needing to disassemble and without marking the walls.

Meisha , and his crew were excellent, came in and very efficient and fast got everything onto the truck and out of the place very fast !! Estimated time and dispatch was very helpful and keeping me up to date with updates. If your looking for movers to get the job done , safe and reliable, look no further!

These movers went above and beyond! They were so careful yet very fast. They were also quite friendly and kind too. They took meticulous care to ensure the safe arrival of our furniture and other items, with the appropriate moving blankets and such. Rami, especially, was outstanding. He was very efficient in configuring the best maneuvers for the heaviest items. He even disassembled and reassembled our recliner couches. He was also able to help with the set up of the television. We are very appreciative of his help and would highly recommend to friends and family.

These guys were punctual, very friendly, hard working, adaptable, and careful with our belongings. We had a couch we wanted moved downstairs, and they found it was impossible to get it down the stairwell, so we had them take it to the garage (maybe we would have to take it to the dump?). THEN we decided to try a different couch in the basement, which did fit. So we asked them to bring the massive couch BACK IN from the garage to its original spot. They did so with no complaint and utmost politeness, though I can imagine it would have been pretty annoying! I'm glad my friend recommended these guys to me, and I will recommend them to anyone who is about to move!
