This review is an update to the 5-star review I left 1–2 years ago.
While Moiz was professional and responsive during the sales process, my experience changed completely when I needed after-sales support.
The wand mechanism on one of my blinds stopped functioning properly. Before inspecting the issue or sending a technician, Moiz was quick to conclude that the problem was caused by physical damage. I later noticed another Google review describing a similar issue and receiving the same explanation, which made the response feel more like a default excuse than a genuine investigation.
Rather than attempting to diagnose the problem, I was told that either I or guests in my home must have applied pressure to the wand and caused the damage. When I requested that someone inspect the blind in person, I was told that no technician would be sent because they would only tell me the same thing he was already saying over the phone.
At that point, I asked for the blind to be removed because I no longer wanted to argue about responsibility for an issue that had never been properly assessed. Moiz then stated that he would not pay for a technician to come to my house and remove it. When I asked whether he would accept responsibility if I damaged my window frame while removing the blind myself as an “untrained technician,” he appeared completely unconcerned and still refused to send anyone.
Throughout the conversation, every attempt to discuss the issue was met with deflection and references to the new blinds he was installing elsewhere, which felt like an effort to avoid addressing the actual problem. Instead of taking customer concerns seriously, the discussion became increasingly frustrating and confrontational. The call eventually deteriorated into a heated argument and ended abruptly.
What disappointed me most was not the malfunction itself, but the complete lack of accountability, willingness to investigate, or commitment to customer service once the sale was complete.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The service was excellent when money was changing hands, but when a problem arose, support, accountability, and professionalism disappeared.

Do Not use their services or products. They are all up and good when selling but a year later I am regretting buying it from them. The moment I tried to claim warranty when the wand for their blind started malfunctioning they called it PHYSICAL DAMAGE just from a photo and kept going round and round trying to avoid any chance of having to fix it for us.
As a result I had to get rid of the blind completely myself.
PS - They do have a tendency to rile you up to get you to burst out angry

Your blind was physically damaged due to improper use after 18+ months. This is not a warrantable claim as the product is not defective. We understand you left this review out of frustration, but we tried to explain this to you and your husband several times and all we got in the end was insulting remarks.

I required new glass replacement for my pantry door. There was a tight turn around for my house being listed for sale and Canuck windows came through with a beautiful etched glass. Corey removed the old and installed the new glass within fifteen minutes, leaving not a trace of glass or wood behind. I had a disappointing experience with Canuck Windows & Doors.
I initially contacted them for a window I believed was leaking. However, their own technician later indicated the issue was related to attic moisture, not the window itself. I asked them to please hold off on ordering the window, but the deposit was non-refundable and Moiz ordered the window anyways, so I was compelled to proceed with the installation.
The issues began with the blind included with the window. I frequently received calls saying they were “in the area” and could arrive within the hour. There were also attempts to arrange visits on short notice, including on Holy Saturday, which was not appropriate timing as my tenants and I observe this holiday.
There company was also avoiding completing the blind installation. Reasons given included that the blind would not suit the house due to having curtains, that a blind was not tenant-friendly, that my tenants had not responded to a scheduling message sent only a couple of hours earlier during a holiday, and that the tenants didn't want the blind. I ultimately had to install the blind myself and Moiz dropped it in my house on the named holiday when he wanted to install the blind.
After providing a photo of the window with the blind installed, I was told that I needed to proceed with a $350 service call to reinstall the blind, as it was “not level,” or the manufacturer would void my warranty.
I contacted the manufacturer directly and was provided with general installation guidelines, but they did not determine that the warranty was void due to the blind. However, Moiz did void his installation warranty.
I initially chose not to leave a negative review, but I was repeatedly asked to leave a 5-star review. When I explained that I preferred not to write a review, I began receiving messages about the warranty being voided, along with a message that I found unprofessional (see attached screenshots). However, after the additional warranty problems and the disrespectful communication, I decided this review was in order.
Overall, the process felt disorganized, and communication was inconsistent. I would not recommend this company.

Paula, You were difficult to reach and chose to communicate in the late evenings which we had no issue with. You stated you had issues with three other window companies and now we’re the fourth.
Having tried to work things out with your tenant who wasn’t available after cancelling three appointments, you wanted to install the blind yourself.
With that said, your warranty is voided because the blind you installed is crooked.

Corey the installer kept me informed as to when he would arrive as he was delayed. He was very courteous and polite. He also put the screen back in saving me the job as I am on crutches. He went and retrieved it from the basement for me and put it in. Easy enough but it was kind of him to offer.
