The cake was absolutely delicious and soft, flavorful and truly amazing in taste. It was specially suggested and prepared by Juhi ji for my father’s birthday, and we really appreciated the thought and effort behind it. Everyone enjoyed it and it perfectly matched the festive mood of the celebration. One small observation: the blue food color used was quite strong and left a strong blue tint on the teeth and tongue. While it was fun during the party, I’m not completely sure about the quality of the food coloring used. Apart from that, the cake itself was excellent and tasted really, really good. Overall, a wonderful experience and great craftsmanship.
