I had an amazing experience car shopping at Columbus auto group west, Brent was amazing, patient kind and honest. I got an amazing car that runs amazing & he walked me through all the steps and did everything he could to make sure I left with a reliable vehicle. Him, his mechanics and team are all great I highly recommend car shopping with him ! Great guy !

Unprofessional. At first when trying to get a car both sales reps can call you fast and text fast but as soon as u give them info they don’t respond anymore. Sell you some hopeful story about getting a car then act like they don’t care anymore. I was referred but I’m definitely telling people to stay away from this place. Honestly tht 4.7 rating is a whole lie. Oh and let’s not get into ur policies. Ik so many people that got cars from yall and everyone turns out the same

Tony, the hardest part of our job is not being able to get everyone what they want.We are not a lender. We work with other lenders to get you approved so we structure our requirements to match their requirements. We do a lot for drivers that no other dealership will do. We work with drivers who have been turned down at other car dealerships. Our 4.7 Google Review Score is real and not a lie. We don't control the scoreboard. Google does. We wish you the best in your car shopping.
These guys are awesome. Stayed late for my daughter. She was able to get financed for a 2020 Chevy malibu. And she love it. I truly love and appreciate how patient they were with her. I definitely will recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again guys.
