My experience with Precision was stellar. They were able to come the next day which was perfect with my schedule. James (Augusta) did the work. He was professional, friendly, and an excellent technician. James walked me through the issue and explained things to me with patience. Response time for garage door trapped shut was less than 2 hours. Broken cables, old springs etc. Gabe showed up promptly and went straight to work. Gabe is very courteous, professional and certainly knows his craft. Big job done less than 2 hours!
I highly recommend Precision for your needs.

My experience with Precision Door Service was exceptional. From the first contact to the final installation of my new door. Michael Garza installed the door in about 3 hours. Michael was very polite, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain how to use the features that are available with my unit. I love my new garage door and I appreciate Precision Door Service. I give them 5 stars.
