The best find in Koh Samui!
What an unassuming yet incredible place this is. Honestly, if you walked past it you’d think it’s the tackiest place in the world but the food is incredible and the owner and his team are so friendly and fun! Like many others say in their reviews, we booked our second meal before we had even finished the first one. Definitely some of the best food we’ve had in Thailand! Fresh, colorful, zingy, creative and delicious!

So good we ate there twice!
A fantastic small restaurant that was recommended to us by friends who have known the owner for many years. The food was the best that we have eaten in our two weeks in Thailand, our party of 5 tried different dishes and none disappointed. Portions are large though and the desserts, especially the crème brûlée mango sticky rice, must be tasted to be believed, so make sure to leave some room. The food was so good that we rebooked for a second night, later in our holiday, where we were welcomed back like family. This place is a great find, and booking is recommended.

We just loved this place. It's tiny but lively, fun, and the food was extremely tasty. This was our favorite meal in a week of really good meals in Samui.

Favorite food in Koh Samui
Made a reservation, was glad we did. Small place, the owner greeted us and showed us our table, the food and service were excellent. had the masaman lamb shank, and duck wontons. Fun vibe, would highly recommend. just a block away from Coco Tam's, easy to find.

The food is beyond next level. Don’t let the kitsch recover fool you this is a fabulous restaurant! The food is some of the best I have eaten in Thailand. The green curry pie sensational and the additional sauce elevates this dish. The steamed fish so beautifully done and the broth it swims in could be a dish on its own. We worth a visit the service was amazing and very attentive. Would highly recommend and will be back!

Best find in bophut Koh Samui!!
We got to try this gem of a place that was recommended.and we were not disappointed! It’s an amazing quirky restaurant serving best food we had while in koh samui. The green curry chicken pie starter was gorgeous as were the mains Pad Thai & Lamb shank in massaman curry! Went twice and have rebooked for our last night. Vivienne and his staff are the best! 🤩
If you’re traveling in Thailand with someone who has celiac disease, finding a place that truly understands gluten-free needs feels like winning the lottery. Cafe69 in Koh Samui is exactly that place, and we are so grateful we found it.
Our daughter has celiac, and the staff here were genuinely knowledgeable and attentive about her dietary needs – something that is incredibly rare to come across in Thailand. It meant the world to us as parents to be able to relax and enjoy a meal together without constant worry.
Now, the vibe of the place is… let’s say distinctive. Very Joe Exotic energy. But please, do not let that fool you for even a second, because the food is absolutely outstanding. Fresh, creative, full of flavor, and every dish has its own special twist that makes it memorable. This isn’t your standard tourist restaurant – the chef clearly puts real thought and passion into what comes out of that kitchen.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui, especially if you’re traveling gluten-free!

The best eating experience in Koh Samui. Do not miss it!
Absolutely incredible food, lovely staff and atmosphere, we visited this evening for the first time and before dessert was served we have already made reservations for a few days from now. The modern Thai twist that Vivian provides is outstanding and definitely one that you should not miss on your visit to Koh Samui.

A different twist to the Taste of Thailand.
5 of us met up at the Cafe 69 early evening. What a surprise. I am from UK and thought that it was to be just an ordinary meal. We had been recommended so I knew it was to be very good, but not as different from any other establishment I have had visited. The decor was really good and the meal was so different, tasty with unusual twists like my favourite which was a bun sized green curry filled puff pastry. Plenty of different choices all with the most of the taste of Thailand presented in unusual ways. Certainly one I will never miss out when visiting Samui again. Staff were equally as nice as the food and the owner there to tend to your every need.
Quirky little cafe, fantastic food - flavours are so very good!! Vivian is warm and lovely, explained to us the menu and recommended us some dishes. Will def return the next time I’m back in Samui!

看黑白大廚這麼久了，一直好奇廚師們把各種食材、配菜、調味料融合在一起是什麼味道，吃了這間餐廳後，我終於了解了！
吃了3道老闆推薦的開胃菜，味道都很特別，非常好吃，食材本身或許是平凡的，但全部融合在一起後，口味豐富、和諧、令人驚奇，非常推薦！
而且價格很親民，我有種只花了幾百塊台幣，就吃了米其林餐廳的感覺
