Our offices have been in this location for 5 years and I couldn't be happier! The staff is friendly and attentive to the needs of the tenants. Like all buildings problems arise but Liz is always very quick to respond and updates everyone on what is being done to solve the issues. If you are looking for a place to locate your office you cant go wrong in selecting the Frisco campus of Caddo.

Liz, the office manager, is a standout. She's incredibly responsive and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. The amenities are well thought out — refrigerators, microwaves, Keurig machines, and filtered water all in a well-kept break area. Conference rooms are easy to book when we need them.

We’ve had our office with Caddo for several years and highly recommend it! The entire space is consistently well-maintained—hallways, bathrooms, conference rooms, etc. Liz at the front desk is incredibly helpful and welcoming. She also organizes appreciation events and fun celebrations throughout the year, creating great opportunities for members to connect and network...Oktoberfest and the white elephant exchange are my favorite! Caddo in Frisco is a wonderful work environment. Management really cares about creating a pleasant and professional atmosphere for the many businesses and service providers working on site. Liz is a gem! She's a terrific ambassador for the building, and works tirelessly to ensure a clean and organized facility.
As a member, I love the atmosphere and vibe of the offices. I have been at every location and it is the most consistent thing = always elegant and professional. Last week I got to speak at one of the community offerings they provide to members. Attendance was great with a full conference room and the participation was real, practical, and truly engaged. But, i have to shout out to Sandy Garcia. She is the site manager....and so much more. I want to brag on how she represents Caddo with professionalism, kindness, and servant leadership. I took the opportunity to recognize this in front of the room full of members....and every hand went up when i asked if any had experienced this from her personally. I gain nothing from this review except the satisfaction in highlighting the stellar environment at Caddo and the exceptional people who work there. While I have had this same experience at each location, it’s worth noting this moment as just another reason why I am a true fan of Caddo.

Very nice office spaces in Prosper TX. Clean, professional environment, great location and raids access parking. The building manager, Sandy G was very helpful and cooperative in assisting me. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

I’ve been renting in this building for about 6 months now and I’m truly impressed. The space is always clean, the restrooms are private, and the lobby and work areas have a beautiful modern style.
Ashley, the building manager, is incredibly helpful whenever I have questions, especially about large package deliveries and navigating the building app. Philip from maintenance is just as amazing. He’s kind, helped me bring in large packages, and fixed my A/C quickly and efficiently.
Overall, I’m beyond happy here and genuinely amazed by the level of service and care in this building.

Caddo Karen. The 'manager' at the front desk is always on her phone. Today, while waiting for our usual appointment, she decided to suddenly look up from scrolling only to demand my child remain seated in an inappropriate tone. Please have her undrergo the necessary training to
properly interact with visitors or have her replaced asap. When questioned about her approach, she requested I leave the office with my child still in the appointment. Poor representation.
Sad sack owner. If genuinely sorry, your response is not acceptable. Telling any parent to leave the building and forcing them to abandon a child, as your Caddo employee did, will usually result in harsh disapproval. My child was in a private meeting room for the scheduled appointment during my interaction with your condescending manager. Also, do you typically allow visitors to play loud music and videos on speaker to be heard throughout the office (which was the case upon our arrival), if the common area is truly the business environment you refer to? In the future, please improve your 'investigation' process and avoid cherry picking certain parties you deem to be 'disruptive'. Poor representation cont'd.

This is one of Caddo's new buildings that they built from the ground up and let me tell you.... it is amazing! We love our office space here and we have a great group of professionals that office here with us. Our clients and referral partners always compliment the facility and it definitely makes a great first impression. DeEtte is awesome she takes very good care of us!
