Cabin Companion was incredible from start to finish. They had every step of the process worked out that was easy to understand. They were there for any questions or concerns with knowledgeable experienced answers. My cat "Tiger" gets anxious for a 10min car ride so I needed someone experienced and caring. Gabe and Monica kept us updated throughout the fur babies journey with photos. It is obvious they care about your pet's comfort, safety and emotional well being. My sister used them for her 2 cats and my parents and I trusted them with our cats as well from NY to Thailand.
I highly recommend their service to any fur baby parent.
We had a wonderful experience with Cabin Companions in bringing our new cat home. We worked with Gabe and he did a wonderful job picking a travel itinerary that was the least stressful for our furry friend and when she arrived you could tell she had been loved on and well taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for better service. If we ever need cat transport again we will definitely use cabin companions.

I cannot speak highly enough of Cabin Companions. We had so many last-minute, seemingly disastrous incidents with our move abroad, but we were never once worried about the safety or health of our cats because of their service. From start to finish, Cabin Companions took away the stress of figuring out all of the USDA certification paperwork, managing our cats through the airport, and even helping us through customs in Spain. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone moving abroad with a beloved pet!!!

I just moved from Michigan to Florida a d had Cabin Companions transport my dog and 2 cats...1 of which is feral. I was very nervous and anxious about the whole trip but especially how my feral, Charlie was going to do. They gave me tips on how to get him in a crate, etc. We spoke on the phone a few times and they were very reassuring and supportive. They arrived after a 20 hour drive and acted like it was no big deal. I would recommend them highly.

Gabe and Monica at Cabin Companions did an amazing job helping me move my beloved cat, Ramona, internationally from the United States. They were great partners in navigating/working through the confusing (and often contradicting) paperwork and regulations throughout the pre-move process and maintained composure and flexibility when our plans needed to change!
Monica was incredible with Ramona during the move, making her feel so safe and comfortable to the point that Ramona was quiet the entire 11-hour flight (unheard of!). Monica and Gabe also stayed with Ramona in a hotel in our destination country for a few extra days while I got the apartment set up for her, sending me pictures and updates the entire time. When Ramona got to my apartment, I was expecting her to be at least slightly traumatized after such a long trip - instead, she was perfectly happy and calm, as if nothing had even happened!
I would recommend Cabin Companions to anyone who needs help traveling with their pet. The stress relief of having Monica & Gabe taking such great care of Ramona was worth every cent!

Cabin Companions have truly been a blessing with helping me move with my 2 cats. There is so much that goes into moving with pets especially when it is a long haul international trip. They were with me each step of the way from planning to filling out forms (with each step clearly marked out). They were also my emotional support when curveballs happened during the process and kept me from bursting into tears. I could not have done it without all of their expertise and care along each step. They were also always readily available with communication during the entire process. They have been so helpful and caring that my family will be trusting them with their pets as well.

Cabin Companions rescued me from an impossible travel situation: 1 person and 3 dogs who needed to fly across the country and back. Absolutely fantastic! They made it easy. We were definitely not the easiest clients but they were always calm and reassuring. Our dogs were very well cared for and we were kept informed the entire time. Many years ago we flew with one of our dogs and getting the right kennel with all the right attachments and all the correct documents was horrible, not to mention pushing dogs around the airport with your luggage. It’s a lot. With cabin companions we just handed our dogs over and received them on the other end and it was simple and stress free.

Honestly amazing people to work with they are flexible and want to help you in any way possible for you and your pet. Need someone on the same flight as you to help? They will. Our two large dogs are unable to fly on any airline due to breed restrictions, and it was so relieving to find Cabin Companions who were set up to hit the road with them. We used Cabin Companions to move our two cats across the country and they really made things easy for us.
Gabe was our cats’ flight nanny, and he was fantastic—so kind and clearly experienced with animals. He sent us regular updates and photos, which really helped ease our mind as we were dealing with our own move.
Our cats aren’t the easiest travelers (are any?), but they arrived calm, safe, and clearly well looked after. It’s obvious this team truly cares about what they do. We’re so glad we found them!
