I discovered Rick through his Bar Designers YouTube channel and was immediately impressed by how much he knows about professional bar design. I run a woodworking business and I'm in the process of starting a new distillery, but I had no real knowledge of bar equipment or how to properly design a tasting bar. That’s where Rick came in. He took his time with me and walked me through the pros and cons of every option. His deep experience in the industry really showed, and the process was both creative and educational. I never felt rushed or lost in the details. Thanks to Rick, I now have a tasting bar design that not only looks amazing, but is also practical and efficient from a working standpoint. Fortunate to have found Rick while revising a bar layout mid-design for a 3,000 sq ft restaurant space. He brings a wealth of knowledge and is a true expert in bar design. He pointed out a few changes that would improve efficiency and helped my architect redesign the counter to incorporate a required layout change for ADA. Wish we had him on the team from the start of the project. Highly recommend Cabaret Design Group and will be hiring them for any future F&B projects.

Personable Experience I found Rick on google and contacted him to redesign my bar at my golf lounge. He reached out with-in 24 hours. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the bar industry and design ideas. He was able to get me an equipment quote and full set of drawings for a very reasonable price. Rick was very good with communicating and picked up the phone which is appreciated these days!

I'd like to give a big shout out to Rick at Cabaret Design Group! With me knowing very little about bars and how they should be laid out for optimal efficiency, Rick delivered a detailed set of drawings that included literally everything I needed to build my NYC bar, on less than two weeks lead time. He recommended the materials, the equipment, the look and feel of the back bar, the best way to build detachable panels at the front so that the plumbing is accessible. He thought of things I would never have considered (you don't know what you don't know!) and allowed me not to make rookie mistakes. All done remotely, we never even met in person - yet available by phone on a moment's notice. And his price is very fair, especially considering he still picks up the phone to answer my random questions years later (thank you Rick!). So yeah, go ahead and hire him, he does a lot of big projects too, hotels, casinos, etc., from what I understand. He's very versatile. He enabled me to build an amazing venue.

As bartender for over four decades I can honestly say that there is no bar equipment that is quite as innovative as the Eurobar. I am a big fan of “the Bartender working area” it has. Making drinks over the ice bin is unsanitary and leads to an unnatural position for the bartender. As for the “Consultant and bar Design” professionals I invite them to spend more time behind bars with experienced bartenders to gain their perspective as the end users. Not one of them will recommend selecting your equipment based off ease of install.

Professional and Knowledgeable I saw Rick's videos online and gave him a call. So glad I did! He was very friendly and helpful as well as professional and extremely knowledgeable. Its obvious he has been doing this for years. We are a family owned business with an outdated bar and Rick helped us design our new bar. It posed many unique challenges but he was able work out a great plan for us! We are in the process of building it now. Owner of The Perfect Jerk I started out with limited space and big ideas. Rick from Cabaret Design Group came thru big time for me. Rick found creative ways to help maximize my space, and I was really impressed with the design of the bar as well as my floor plan.
