JMK helped replace a couple of old odd dimension Skylights that required a bit of frame in modification. They dialed it in and installed it cleanly. We then used them on a little old house with some wood rot in the rafters, etc. We were up against rain, so they tarped off the roof as a courtesy, came back as weather cleared and they were available, tore off roof, did woodwork and dry-in, reroof very efficiently and cleanly. They’re courteous, professional, hard-working and fair and square!

I contacted JMK Roofing to get an estimate because we were way overdue for a new roof and gutters. They came back with an extremely reasonable estimate and boy am I glad I gave them the green light! Tyler and his crew are all extremely talented, organized and hardworking. Super service! JMK fixed our roof earlier this year, after a tree crashed through our home more than a year ago. They did a fabulous job... got right in there and did exactly what they said they would in a timely fashion. We just had JMK come back yesterday to install gutter guards and, again, they did a fabulous job. This company is reliable, honest, efficient, and they do great work. We are so glad we selected JMK Roofing to complete the replacement of 14 roofline skylights on our mountain home. While not the least expensive bid, we felt comfortable with Jordan doing our project. He came across as extremely professional, competent, and thorough during our initial meeting. He did not disappoint. Communication was done through emails, texts, and progress photographs while we were away from our home and the project was underway. When obstacles arose, possible solutions were proposed and recommended. The completed project was done on schedule as weather permitted and looks really good. Things were left tidy and clean. We would highly recommend JMK roofing for anyone doing a roofing or skylight project.

Jason was very responsive when I initially requested a quotation and he met with me to go over the work and answer all my questions. I called JMK Roofing again a couple of weeks ago. This was the second time that I reached out to them for help, since they did an excellent job for me last time. Tyler immediately found the problem and fixed it. Not only that, he took it on himself to check the rest of my roof and discovered a similar issue on the other end. He made quick work of that too, and the recent rains gave us no trouble at all. If you are looking for a roofing company, you can be confident in calling Jordan and Tyler at JMK Roofing. I had roof damage to my metal roof on my Bear Valley cabin last winter. Jason and his crew were nice enough to fit me in and make all the repairs before this winter set in. They did a very careful job, saving whatever materials they could. The bill was very reasonable. I spoke with Jordan several times and he could not have been more helpful in spite of the fact that he really did not want to take on more jobs at that time. We had JMK Roofing replace the roof on our vacation home in Copperopolis following the storms this past winter. We couldn't be happier with the work they did. They went above and beyond what we would expect of any contractor doing this type of job. There were roof leaks over the laundry room, one of the bedrooms and in the garage. We called 5 roofers, including one who had done work for us before. The roofer who had done work before could not figure out where the leaks were coming from. Two roofing companies either didn't answer our calls or said they were too busy. Jordan, the owner of JMK Roofing, was very responsive and said that although they were very busy he would send someone out the following day. Because of multiple leaks and wood rot we decided to replace the roof. Jordan emailed us information on various Owens Corning shingles and said that he could show them to us if we came up to Copperopolis. We live 2 1/2 hours away and told him that we wouldn't be able to get up to Copperopolis for awhile. He right away offered to bring the roof samples to our house. We met at our daughter and son-in-law's house in Santa Clara and picked out the shingles. We got a bid from the 5th roofing company and they were higher than JMK. Storms kept JMK from starting the job right away so they tarped the places where the leaks were coming from in the meantime. When they did start the job Jordan kept us apprised of everything they were doing and sent photos of work in progress as well as video of the entire roof when completed. The clean up was great too. Everything was pristine when they were finished. We would definitely recommend JMK Roofing.

Our roof was leaking like a sieve. We have had several roofing companies come and look at it and no one had a good answer for us. Jordan and his team came in provided a new solution and executed quickly. Even with all the rain we have had the roof is doing great. Jordan is so professional and his team does a GREAT job.
