I purchased the "Cubo L" 2-room sauna from BZB Cabins and Outdoors a few months back. Sigmar's customer service is outstanding. He was patient in providing multiple options, detailing the benefits and potential drawbacks of each option. His honesty about items worth purchasing from him versus elsewhere is commendable and shows his commitment to customers' best interests. The purchasing and delivery process was easy, smooth and efficient, even on short notice. Sigmar's employee, Tony, made the delivery, helped out with placing material in location of my choice and provided helpful pointers on the build (would like to mention that they provide expert assembly/build service, however I decided to do it on my own due to customization I'll mention below). Tony's dedication was evident as he made several trips to ensure all necessary components, like the heater and additional lumber, were delivered. As I continued with my build and customization of my sauna, Sigmar continued to offer invaluable advice and provided additional lumber and hardware as needed. His ongoing support and genuine interest in ensuring the best possible outcome were truly remarkable. I built the sauna using the kit and instructions provided, which I found to be extremely clear. It took me 1 day to prepare the foundation, 3 days (with help from my dad - 2 people) to build the structure, install windows/doors and the roof. It took me 2 days (just myself) to finish the inside - floor, ceiling, trim and benches - inclusive of electrical work with the help of my electrician (heater connection is super simple). Finally, I spend another 2 days customizing it to my liking with the LED strip and recess lighting, hidden wiring, custom shelving, outlets, a Murphy table and more. Just be patient and organize the material, and you'll find the process smooth and manageable. I've been using the sauna for over a month, twice a week, and it has been amazing. The structure is solid and holds heat well in the winter (walls are Thermwood material and ceilings are insulated), and the finishing looks great - I have received a lot of compliments. Having a wall of windows gives a feeling of more space and overall more enjoyable experience. The heater, at 15kW, gets the temperature up in no time with capacity of exceeding 200F (if desired). The changing room, or in my case, the relaxation room, has been great to spend time with family and friends while cooling off. The effort and expense are 100% worth it. My experience with Sigmar has been highly positive. His honesty, dedication, and exceptional service have made a lasting impression. I would strongly recommend BZB Cabins and Outdoors if you are looking for a smooth experience with comprehensive support throughout the process.

Sigma was so great at answering our questions via texting and even after the purchase & installation. It took the delivery guy & my husband 8 hrs to put the sauna together. You will need to schedule & pay extra for the delivery person to build the sauna for you & it’s so worth it. He’s very professional & fast. I highly recommend BzB, buy it and you won’t regret it.

I purchased a small outdoor sauna . They came and installed it. They helped the electrician as needed. The service was perfect. When a piece was damaged they exchanged it overnight. Each time I had a question they answered the phone immediately and the service and advice were perfect. Strongly recommend !! And will recommend them to all my friends.

I’ve had a great experience with BZB Cabins. Sigmar worked closely with me throughout the process - answering questions about the product, being accommodating with modifications, keeping me updated on shipping status. Once the sauna arrived, it was unloaded in a quick and efficient way. Assembling it took some time (it was clearly not an IKEA-type project; we had to do a lot of thinking, adjustments and additions, and I wouldn’t be able to do it alone, without a friend who was good with power tools). We had to do a few extra things - e.g., shingles on the roof, additional thermal protection over the ceiling, separate wiring for lighting, a barrier around the heater. Throughput the process, though, Sigmar was always available, and was able to clarify things, troubleshoot and guide us. While the project took a while to complete, the result is a well-built, cozy sauna which heats up fairly quickly and stays hot for quite a while. I, as well as my friends, enjoy both the dry heat and the steam very much, and I am very glad that I chose BZB.

Excellent product and service from help with ordering the right design, to coordinating delivery to help with assembling. Sigmar was always readily available and helpful. The sauna parts were milled amazingly well and fit together seamlessly. All hardware was of excellent quality. Can highly recommend this company without reservation.
