The car and driver were waiting for us a few minutes before the scheduled time. Our driver, Ben, was very nice and we had a quite pleasant ride from Byron Bay to Gold Coast airport.

We had a great experience doing the Byron Bay tour while staying at The Langham Hotel about 75 minutes up the Gold Coast. We did the half day tour so Ben picked us up and brought us back to our hotel at the conclusion of the tour.
Byron Bay is a beautiful little laid back town on the coast with nice beaches, scenic lookouts, and opportunities for wildlife sightings. It’s well worth seeing when in the area and Ben, who is from Byron, was the perfect host to show us around in a comfortable luxury Mercedes vehicle.

Ben’s team is absolutely best in the whole of Byron bay. The service is 5 star, the fleet is 5 star and the crew is absolutely and 100% 5 star. Complimentary upgrades are the cherry on top. Always accessible, helpful and accommodating to customers requests. We have never looked elsewhere for transfers in and around Byron ever since our first ride. Thanks team!
I’ve used Byron Bay Platinum Transfers 3 times now, and every time they have been nothing short of amazing. They’re always on time, very friendly and easy to work with.
