Wonderful place
We had a wonderful stay at BYD Phuket. The location was perfect: quiet and relaxing, away from the chaos, yet only a 5-minute walk from the beach and close to everything you may need. The hotel offers a true luxury experience, with excellent services, beautiful rooms, and very attentive staff. Everything was well organized and made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely a place we would love to come back to on our next visit to Phuket. Highly recommended!

Super hotel 10/10
I’ve stayed at byd lofts many times over the last 15 years . I would consider it to be one of the best hotels in Phuket. The staff are always very friendly and very helpful nothing is too much trouble. The whole hotel is spotless always looks like new . The restaurant is also great with a fantastic breakfast that changes daily. Live music on some nights with great thai and western food . Every time I go to Phuket I stay here just 5 mins walk from Patong beach . Would not look anywhere else . 10/10 .

Great stay
I stayed at BYD with my fiancée for about 10 days, and we were impressed with every aspect of our stay from beginning to end. The services, our room, the facilities and location, all great. It was a notable highlight of contribution towards of our amazing experience in Phuket. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel if you wish to stay surrounding a lively area but in a peaceful pocket, and it’s a short distance to the beach. We were lucky to receive a complimentary room upgrade which we were so grateful for, and the room was well styled, clean and spacious. All staff have been truly lovely, courteous, and attentive through every aspect of our stay. If we return to Phuket in the future, BYD is top of our list!

Just finishing a 10 night stay, I can honestly say the whole experience was 10/10. We've stayed here in the past but not as long. The food is outstanding, the staff friendly and go out of their way to please. I don't need a luxury hotel when I get a whole luxury apartment for less. Walking distance to everywhere, 2mins to beach. We will definitely be back, thanks BYD.

What can I say 4th time we have stayed at the Lofts everything from Transfers arrival at the hotel through to the service at breakfast flows through to the rooms and onsite amenities. Each day started with greetings at breakfast and there service was faultless could not do enough for each individual and there was 10 of us. Value for money is an understatement, location is perfect for us as well. The atmosphere in and around the apartment is flawless and noise levels are perfect for sleeping and lazing around the pool, cleanliness of the rooms and areas around the loft is amazing. ☺ كان الفندق في سنة 2025 بمستوى افضل من 2026
اقراء مالم يعجبني في الفندق.
هناك 6 نقاط.
☹ 1-حين حجزت عن طريق بوكينج لم يتم الخصم من البطاقة وارسلوا لي رابط ليس له صلة في بوكينج للدفع او سوف يتم الغاء الحجز، ويتم ارساله مع رسائل أخرى لترقيه الحجز او لطلب سيارة من المطار.. يتم ارسال مجموعة رسائل من بينها الرابط.. فا اذا لم تنتبه سوف يتم الغاء الحجز. وحين ادخل للدفع عن طريق بوكينج يتم رفض البطاقة من قبل الفندق.
2-يوجد مبنى يتم بناءه مجاور للفندق حيث الازعاج لايطاق ولاتستطيع النوم.
3-تعامل بعض الموظفين سئ جداً وبالاخص موظفه اسمها Al gaz كان تعاملها سئ جداً.
4-الماء في دورة المياه لونه أصفر.
5-يوجد كميه كبيره من النامس.
6-سعر الغرفة مبالغ فيه.. حيث كان السعر مقارب جداً لفندق موفنبيك 5Star وقمت بالانتقال الى موفنبيك.
*** كان في الماضي مستوى الفندق افضل.. ولكن الان لا أفكر في تكرار الزيارة له.

Regarding the payment process, due to past cases where reservations paid through third-party platforms were later disputed despite guests having stayed at the hotel, we introduced our own secure payment link system for certain bookings as an additional layer of security and verification for both parties. We understand that receiving a separate payment link may feel unusual, especially alongside other guest service messages, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue working on making this communication clearer and more straightforward.
We also sincerely apologize for the disturbance caused by the nearby construction. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, but we fully understand how disruptive noise can affect a stay. We always try to allocate quieter rooms whenever possible for guests who are sensitive to noise.
It is also disappointing to hear about your interaction with our staff. Providing warm and professional hospitality is extremely important to us, and your comments have been taken seriously and will be reviewed internally with the team.
Regarding the water color, mosquitoes, and overall value perception, we are sorry these issues negatively impacted your stay. Phuket’s tropical climate can unfortunately bring mosquitoes at certain times despite regular pest control measures, and we continuously work on maintenance and preventative measures throughout the property.
We genuinely regret that you left feeling disappointed, especially after having positive impressions of the hotel in the past. Your feedback is important to us and will be used to help improve both our service and guest experience moving forward.
