Highly recommend switching to the Blackwater team, it was the best thing we did. They have generated more quality leads for us in 2 weeks than our previous agency did in 3 months. The campaign set up was fast, communication was clear and the weekly check ins have been great as they run through the campaign and answer any questions that you have. Andrew is always available either on the phone or email and responds to any queries in a very short space of time. Highly recommend getting in touch with Andrew and the team!

We have been with Blackwater now for just over 3 months and have had a brilliant experience with them so far. I was initially a little skeptical when speaking with Jarryd as we have been burnt in the past by two other google companies who did not deliver at all. But we really wanted to try ads, speaking with Jarryd, he put my mind at ease and we decided to give them a go. So glad that we took a chance (third time lucky right!) as both Jarryd and now Andrew have been amazing to deal with. Each week I speak with Andrew and we go through the data, make changes where required, whether that is in the set up itself or with our business processes. Andrew is a wealth of absolute knowledge around customer service and sales improvements. Their data/lead tracking definitely helps to know how you are tracking and really opens your eyes to other areas of your business that need improvement too. Some weeks we wanted to make some drastic changes and he assured us to stay the course and hang tight, and it paid off - Andrew knows his stuff and was completely right! We were/are trying to expand into a different service location and Andrew has definitely helped get us there. If you are on the fence about using Blackwater, just take a chance on them, I can assure you that you will not regret it!

Our experience has been unreal so far! The boys don't muck around, constantly checking in with us and tweaking our ads to ensure we get the most out of them. Since jumping on with the team, we have secured multiple big jobs which has filled our pipeline for months in advance. The boys don't beat around the bush - always straight to the point in terms of what is working and what is not. Andrew & Jarryd have been awesome to deal with. As a sceptical person, everyone rings and promises the world and rarely deliver. These guys are honest and won't let you waste money. If it doesn't work they well tell you straight up what works and what doesn't. I tried google ads myself about a year or so earlier and failed miserably. In my 1st month these guys not only got the phone ringing more but we multiplied our investment by 7.5 times and Its still getting better as time goes on. Blackwater Social Marketing deliver results! These blokes have be absolutely amazing. I've tried multiple advertising companies and wasted tens of thousands of dollars on them with not much success (2-4 calls a week). We had a quiet period where I was tearing out my hair with 3 guys looking like they were going to be sitting at home for weeks on end before calling Jarryd. Since having the boys at blackwater we're getting 20-30 call a week with plenty being over $1000 in work. The app they use for chasing up workload & leads is amazing and I highly recommend them to all those looking for more calls & more work.
