Brett and Cherie are really knowledgeable and really have a great knowledge of the sport of Flyfishing and areas such as fly tying. They are always willing to share their knowledge and expertise. On my recent purchase of a new rod and reel Brett took the time to provide some casting coaching as I’m pretty much a beginner and Brett is always willing to provide tips and will practically guide you on a technique such as casting on this occassion or help around tying a particular fly or will help choose the best line for your needs. The service at BWC is amazingly good and it is just a pleasure every visit. When you walk in there is always a warm welcome and Cherie and Brett just make you feel part of the Flyfishing community and have created something special at this shop. What has been special as a novice is Brett and Cherie are always willing and generous and I never feel a fool because of my limited knowledge.

I used my TFO Pro III fly rod for the first time today and was extremely impressed with the quality. Although I purchased the rod online, my decision was heavily influenced by the expertise and advice I received from Brett during an in-store visit earlier this year. His demonstration and guidance were invaluable in helping me choose the right setup. The order was processed smoothly and delivered exactly as promised by Cherie who was very accommodating to my enquiries. Overall, a great experience and product.
