Broke the tip of a fly rod recently. Contacted Brett and Cherie who immediately organised a replacement from the brand company. Posted last Friday afternoon and arrived perfectly and safely packaged this morning (Monday). Great fly fishing store with everything you would need for fly fishing with exceptional advice and service. I have recently stocked up on some hunting clothing and the range of hunters element products is impressive. Very fast processing and delivery, even using non-express postage and goods as advertised (One product (bobbin) had a price sticker on it for a lower price than listed on website, but perhaps price had increased since it was labelled.)
